The location is quite good, with plenty of supermarkets nearby, and a taxi ride to downtown costs $15–20.
I couldn't find a hairdryer in the room and would appreciate it if one were provided; perhaps due to the rainy weather, the duvet felt a bit damp; and there should be more spare trash bags available.The access code provided prior to check-in on the first day was incorrect, and it took many attempts to get through to customer service, though the issue was eventually resolved.

Quiet location,nice studio with kitchenette
The building is very nice and updated and clean- but probably because it's an older building the floors were a bit squeaky (so I always felt badly if I was walking around late at night!). Also a few plugs didn't work. Other than that it was great.

small and cozy, very walkable to our destinations and/or public transit, clean, heated bathroom floors were very nice
No power to majority of the outlets, couldn’t get the TV to function
