Location is great. Overlooks the ocean from almost all rooms and is a minute wall to the cliffs. Supermarket is about a 5 minute drive and beaches are about 10 minutes away. Dont miss out on this property

Dont miss out on this property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location is fine, we know Peniche very well so, know the location.

At the day of arrival nobody was waiting for us, i have to call and than wait more than 30 min for lady to came and open the apartment. That day in Peniche was very cold and windy, apartment was cold everything was switch off so we have to start heating at the evening, which means we were sitting with our jackets and wait till midnight. Anyway heating on one bedroom apartment was not working all week, so we where not able to use that room so kids has to stay with our bed... Pedro came one day and try to fix that but was not successful. No dinning table.

The location is pretty nice and just a walk across the street from a great view. The host permitted a late checkout.

More than a couple things went wrong: - One of the bricks from the outside wall fell from the wall while we were on the balcony, hurting one of the guests. - The bed mattresses are way too thin, my back was super sore the next day. - There was only one soap dispenser for both bathrooms - The included bathroom amenities did not have body wash, just shampoo and body lotion. - There is no proper dining table, there's a foldable table in the kitchen but no proper place to open it unless you move a lot of furniture around. - After departure, I left a coat in the apartment and got in touch with the host so I could retrieve it. The host ghosted me multiple times even after agreeing to send the coat back to me. It has been almost two months and I'm yet to get my coat back.

Nice apartment with good view apart from a construction site. Perfect size for my family with three grown up kids, although not much room for eating. The location is a bit out on the countryside, but with a short drive to the center with restaurants and bars. Easy communication about check-in. Beds are super clean and very comfortable. The rest of the apartment is clean too - the kitchen almost clean. Missed soap for the dishwasher. And the toilet is running (#savewater).

The light, the fact it was clean.

The fact that you need a car to go out for coffee.

Big, clean, good views, fantastic host. Good internet connection in case you need it. The only missing part is a swimming pool. But that was already noted into the description.
