Excellent location in the heart of the town. Easy access to parking (€18/night). Beautiful apartment and exceptionally clean. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. Very close excellent bars, restaurants and Duomo. Good Airconditioning and quiet too.
The property is beautiful. It’s worth noting that if you have mobility issues, it is on the top floor, 42 steps to carry your luggage. There is a large and beautiful bathroom but the shower is ridiculously small. If you are portly you might not fit in it - seriously. Even the guest book said it was “not designed for Americans with fat bellies”🤣. My recommendation to make this the perfect property, is fit a much bigger shower. There is plenty of room for it.

Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal duomo di Orvieto. L'appartamento era abbastanza nuovo e spazioso e molto silenzioso, nonostante si trovi al centro. Il personale è stato disponibile.
Il letto assolutamente da cambiare perché scomodissimo, non siamo riusciti a dormire. Doccia del bagno piccola e scomoda. La presenza di un frigo grande ma vuoto, e solo due cialde per il caffè non sono un granché.
