Everything was so good as well as the communication. Never have experienced such good and quick communication, they can arrange anything for you, tours, restaurants etc. Very clean and good area. 100% recommend.
Only downside would be the bathroom doesn't have a lock, for safety reasons, but that's easily solved by making rules, we put a poof in front of the door if someone was in the bathroom.

Apartment very clean, comfortable and looking like recently renovated.
They offered a kitchen cleaning kit and we really liked this idea.

Everything. Nothing bad to comment. Very clean, very comfy, exactly like in the pictures. Big rooms with new furniture.
As a suggestion, maybe it would be more garbage sacks
And also the noise from the repairs in the neighborhood is a bit annoying.

Great location proximity to the old town without being within the old town area. Responsive hosts via WhatsApp helped book flamenco and answer questions quickly. Also responsive to issues.
Smelled of damp the whole time and got worse. Extractor fan broken but was fixed mid stay however the damp problem needs fixing here and seems like has been reported by others in reviews. Building is a bit of an eyesore inside as construction/renovating going on but not inside apartment at least. Walls very thin to neighbour but they were fortunately quiet.
