Perfecto

I stayed here alone for four nights during my first solo trip, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference in the Sevillian heat. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was well equipped, and the location was perfect. I could easily walk to the main attractions or take public transport when needed. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. Muchas gracias

Great stay with modern and clean room.

It was close to all the places we wanted to see. The room is modern, clean and have enough space to move around. You can just walk to the market or some tapas bar that have delicious food.

Please check the door key code because sometimes it's not working and we were awaken by tenants who are banging on the glass door at around 2am. We did not open the door for security reasons. Maybe remind future guests to contact the office instead of hitting the glass door.

Could be great

The location is good, in between the train station and the city. The room is well furnished.

There is ongoing construction in the building, which was so loud it would vibrate the room in the day. The WiFi didn't work. There is no air conditioning and the window shade doesn't fully close, so the room got very hot.

A acomodação é realmente excelente. Ótima localização, perto de supermercados, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Local limpo, com todos os utensílios funcionado e de bom gosto. Cama muito boa, lençóis brancos e limpos. A receptividade e atenção do anfitrião também é um ponto positivo. Voltarei sim.

Es moderno, bonito y agradable. La cocina está muy bien equipada, el baño muy bien, también el tener tendedero y plancha te da mucho servicio

Encontrarnos con la puerta de acceso de la calle abierta y cuando estaba cerrada el sistema de apertura costaba un poco el conseguir abrir, hay que esperar mucho rato si no lo haces bien a la primera y el audio en inglés. El no poder poner el ventilador de techo al no tener mando.

Las instalaciones del apartamento en sí estaba bastante bien .

El personal y las obras constantes desde las 7 de la mañana, además de que el wifi no funcionaba y en ningún momento nos dieron ningún tipo de solución para nada.
