Was nice 2 weeks stay here and facilities for laundry, cooking etc. Location is perfect walked from Eminonu at night was lively back at Food Street. Staff always there to let us in and cleaning staff good too. All rooms are well equipped feels like another home.
Unfortunately not hotel fault but another family above were disruptive last 3 nights of our stay running playing ball games was disturbed sleep but thankfully sorted for our last night. Will definitely book again

We had a wonderful stay at Şar Apartment Suites. The location is excellent – all the main attractions are within walking distance, and the tram stop is just a few minutes away, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the fresh breakfast served every morning. As a nice bonus, guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and hotel staff, especially Ertan who was very welcoming and friendly and supportive to our needs.
For me it is OK, but if somebody don’t like cats then it’s not place for you. But if you don’t like cats don’t come to Istanbul 😊

Rooms were pretty good
The heater was not working at all and there were no duvets provided for two people
