Perfect location for a wedding I attended across the road at the Durham Ox.

Cosy and had some nice quaint features. Loved the table lamps. Facilities adequate for short term stay. Bed very comfortable. Nice that there were 2 fridges . Didn’t use washing machine but good to have if needed. Food delivery from Big Bites was great - saved going out!
Shame about the loud lorries going past early morning but not properties fault. Kettle leaked so be careful when pouring . Bath towel little small but did the job!

The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Lovely village.
It could do with a very good clean! It’s surface clean but I had to clean the area around the window latches to be able to open the windows and didn’t enjoy finding a toenail clipping on the floor. No hot water for washing up in the kitchen.
There was no welcome pack, or tea bags or anything! It doesn’t take much to provide a welcome to visitors.
