About this house rental
Nestled in Tisbury, this lovely house for $520 per night is a great option for your next trip. Gorgeous newly renovated and newly furnished mid-century beach cottage designed by prominent interior design firm Tersigni Palachek as a modern vacation oasis in a historic waterfront community with private beach and dock. This eloquent, yet rustic home offers three levels of living spaces, including a spacious loft, two master bedrooms and expansive deck. Tucked in the waterfront community of Waterview Farms, this home has access to association beach and dock on Sengekontacket, a favorite for those who love to kayak, windsurf, para surf and clam. It is only about a half mile from golf and tennis at Farm Neck Golf Club, 2 miles to Oak Bluffs center, and 3 miles to popular State Beach. The central location provides easy access to multiple public beaches and the towns of Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. Bike paths are located right at the end of the road! The main entry level hosts a most attractive open dining and remodeled Kitchen featuring a blend of contemporary and farmhouse décor and a 52-inch QLED TV. Glass sliders open to the expansive 900 square foot deck and outdoor living area with sectional sofa and chaise lounges. Dine alfresco with outdoor dining for 8 and a 4-burner gas grill. This level includes two spacious master bedrooms, one with 55-inch QLED TV with surround sound and cathedral ceiling, and both with AC. They are nicely spaced for privacy with the newly renovated bath set between them. The bath includes a glass step in rain shower and body jets, and direct access to the enclosed outdoor shower, a favorite with visitors of the island. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd level living/media area which includes a 65-inch QLED TV with surround sound, sofa seating, home office area and glass sliders to an additional deck overlooking the protected lands adjacent to the property. Tucked just off the living area is a whimsical bedroom with trundle bed. The 2nd newly updated bath with step in rain shower is located on this level. Above the living room is a spacious and inviting loft bedroom for relaxing among the treetops in the Queen bed nicely cooled by the AC servicing the loft and living area below. The home is equipped with 5GB super high-speed internet, Leesa memory foam mattresses and cooling pillows, and 800 thread count Turkish linens. Upon arrival weekly guests are welcomed with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut and all guests receive an Hermes amenity package!

Our family of four, including 2 teenagers, truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The house is compact and the layout of common spaces is split, with the living room area on the second floor accessed via a spiral staircase. But we we able to make great use of common spaces for lots of family meals (+guests), movie nights, puzzles/games, etc. with still plenty of space for folks to "retreat" to their own places for quiet and privacy.
The house itself is so tastefully and artfully decorated, and OMG is it well equipped. Fully (and I mean FULLY) stocked kitchen, smart TVs in all the right places, huge outdoor deck area, plenty of beach, picnic & entertaining equipment. We could have left 1/3 of what we packed and still have been so well set for the week stay. Owner was always readily accessible for any last minute questions.

Beautiful home in the trees. This home is well appointed with beautiful decor and amenities. There were 5 women and we each had space to spread out. Be advised that the spiral stairwell leading to the 2nd and 3rd floor can be tricky to manage with luggage. Communication with the owner/manager was always pleasant and prompt. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

My boyfriend and I are our two friends come over every year on motorcycles for a day trip to the Vineyard. This year we were able to stay here! It was so amazing and was our first time staying over there. It was conveniently located to everything, and easy to access even on a motorcycle! We ate all of our meals out so did not get to use much at the house, but it was so clean and spacious. We ended up only having 4 people instead of 6 so there was plenty of room. The outside lounge area was awesome. We struggled to find how to walk down to the water, but that is okay! Would definitely stay again!

We had a group of 4 reuniting from a study program from 5 years ago. There was plenty of room which each of us having our own room. The house was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The outside deck was wonderful and provided a lot of extra space. I would stay again

I stayed at this cute house with my family (husband, 2 kids) and my parents. We found the house to be a great set up with a fully equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved the access to the little beach (and using the outdoor shower after the kids were super sandy).
I agree with some other reviewers that the 2 beds on the main floor were quite low, but they were super comfortable. The spiral staircase to the second level and the staircase to the loft could be challenging to impossible for some, but it was fine for our group, including my parents (in their 70s).
Our ferry home was quite late in the day, but the owner was very gracious and pushed off the cleaning to the day after we left, so we were able to use the house after the usual check out time.
It was a great location to quickly go into Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, but a little bit of a drive to Chilmark and the SW of the island. We had a lovely time and would love to use this property again!

a nature preserve like setting…..lots of outdoor spaces for the kids to roam and explore! The private beach was a favorite for our kids…super private and safe! Outdoor shower was amazing!….we loved the Hermes amenities! Thank you for sharing your home!! Magical spot!

Our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay at 18 Pulpit Rock Rd. The house was beautiful and well equipped, and the location was terrific. We enjoyed easy access to the the pond and appreciated being close to town without having to deal with traffic and noise. The deck was our favorite spot and we would be happy to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful indoors and out. Kitchen stocked for those that like to cook. Bedrooms/Pillows extremely comfortable! The AC worked great for the warm temperatures and the outdoor shower was a treat.
We had two 1-year olds with us so that was a complexity with the stairs and beautifully appointed decor, but we made it work. This home an oasis for adults. Would definitely return.

Cozy and relaxing!
My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The decor was lovely. It is about a 10 minute drive from OB and 15 minutes to VH. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils. We were able to enjoy cooking two meals during our stay. As one other reviewer noted, the beds are low and maybe not for everyone, but we loved that everyone was able to have their own space. The beach is just a short walk away and the neighbors we met during our walk were very nice. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to work with! I hope to book another stay soon!
