The smell at the lobby, we booked our room with a queen bed and for our surprise was a full bed. I went down to complain with them but they insist the bed was queen and ITS NOT ! The breakfast room is too small. We couldn’t get a table to seat.
It’s not a cheap place and I believe they could offer a better service.

Mauvaise insonorisation: on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans la rue.
Le service de chambre est régulier mais le nettoyage n’est pas fait en profondeur. Nous avons vu pas mal de poussière.

The location is excellent, staff were friendly and professional and having breakfast included is great. The hotel was nice and clean with secure doors which require keycard access. It is also right beside a very cool German beer hall.
The rooms were a lot smaller than expected, I found it difficult to move around with two people in the room (this was a queen room) The breakfast area was also tiny for the number of floors so you may not be able to find a table

Ho trovato davvero poco professionale il trattamente del dipendente che ci ha accolti al check-in in modo superficiale e scocciato. In aggiunta, nonostante avessi prenotato ad un costo aggiuntivo una stanza con vista gotham e, nonostante avessi altresì scritto anche un'email per premurarmi di avere una buona vista, mi è stata assegnata una stanza con vista interna molto chiusa e con affaccio sulle scale degli altri palazzi interni. Colazione ricca e varia ma la stanza è troppo piccola per tutti gli ospiti.
Ho trovato davvero scorretto e poco professionale dover pagare un prezzo aggiuntivo per una stanza con vista interna sulle trombe delle scale degli altri palazzi.
Non ho gradito l'atteggiamento di uno dei dipendenti dell'hotel che, anche dopo aver espresso il mio disappunto, mi ha risposto in modo sgarbato dicendo che la stanza corrispondeva a quella scelta.

The location was just perfect, we where in 10 min on the Times Square and everything (emptier starte building, Broadway, etc) was easily reachable by foot within 20min.
The breakfast was not that satisfying for me. In my opinion it missed vegetables likes lettuce, tomato, cucumber and so on. The eggs (omelet) seamed to miss any kind of butter or salt. At least the breakfast was for free, but after 3 days I couldn’t stand the toast with Philadelphia and eggs anymore.

Rooms are very tiny! Too small to be comfortable, if more than one in the room. Cannot get out of bed without climbing over the other person. There are other properties at the same price point that offer a little more space.

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay: bagel, Philedelphia cheese peanut butter lots of bakery waffle machine fruits etc. more than enough. Coffee machine in the room is a big plus. No water in the room but there is filter water machine in C level. Room is a bit small but it always like this in NYC. Room with view is amazing!
Slippers would be nice in the room. AC is a bit loud.

Os funcionários da recepção Jennifer e Tenzi foram impecáveis! Sempre prontos a ajudar e muito simpáticos e educados! Só tenho a dizer bem deles.
Assim que cheguei verifiquei que me tinham colocado num quarto Queen, com o lavatório no exterior do WC e pedi imediatamente para mudar, pois não tinha sido esse o meu pedido aquando da reserva. O Tenzi foi excepcional e tratou de tudo sendo que no dia seguinte mudei imediatamente de quarto e passei para um quarto King, com o lavatório dentro no WC, como seria pretendido.
O facto deste hotel ter pequeno almoço incluído, é uma mais valia, pois facilita imenso o iniciar de cada dia em NY!
A limpeza foi péssima! Simplesmente péssima!
Estivemos hospedadas 9 dias neste hotel e no WC do quarto tem um aviso a informar que os lençóis são mudados a cada 3 dias, o que nunca aconteceu! Durante toda a estadia solicitei que as empregadas de limpeza aspirassem o quarto pois estava com cabelos e pó no chão e nunca o fizeram! Mesmo sendo algo que eu todos os dias solicitei logo pela manhã!
Inclusive deixaram a janela do quarto aberta por quatro vezes, estando a nevar no exterior e as temperaturas exteriores sendo negativas...
Várias vezes reportei o sucedido na recepção, a querida Jennifer tentou por diversas vezes pedir às empregadas de limpeza para aspirarem o quarto e mudarem os lençóis, mas nada foi feito, sendo que a minha opinião sobre a limpeza do hotel/quarto é a pior possível.
O facto do pequeno almoço ser numa sala muito pequena e ser muito escasso também não ajuda, mas se forem cedo (até às 07:30 da manhã) conseguem mesa para se sentarem...faltam algumas coisas essenciais no pequeno almoço como pão variado (só tem pão de forma), queijo, charcutaria (fiambre) ou mais variedade de fruta.
Contudo é um pequeno almoço básico mas que ajuda bastante ao iniciar de cada dia em NY.

The hotel does not use any safety protocol. Receptionist coughs every 5 seconds, no face masks or any other safety measures. After few days from registration I got covid.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Times Square, Empire State, 5th Avenue fussläufig gut zu erreichen.
Ich gebe eine 100%ige weiterempfehlung für das Hotel. Das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es war alles da was man benötigt.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. The location was great - all of the activities we had planned were within walking distance or a short subway ride. It was super convenient having breakfast included. The room was clean.
I didn’t like having the sink in the bedroom area. I get that it’s NYC and space is limited but I was hoping for one of the rooms with the sink in the bathroom.
