I liked the location, near many necessities. The hotel room was super clean, and the staff were very friendly. I liked that it had a gym and the roof top bar.
I thought I was getting a queen-size bed but was issued a full-size instead. I also didn't like that I was quoted a certain price online and ended up paying nearly double what I expected.

The staff in the lobby were very friendly, and our room was always clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
The rooms are a little small which is to be expected. The lobby could use a little bit more seating.

Hotel was not bad
The elevators are waaaaaaaaaay too slow and break often. I waited 10 minutes stuck on my floor on the way to checkout.

The localisation is great and the rooftop bar with a view on the Empire State Building is nice.
The concierge was too chatty and insisted too much to go on the Marriott’s tour. The bedroom was not well organized and small, nothing to hang the towels properly, too tight to store the luggage, the bedsheets were inappropriate and not comfortable …
