Exceptional

Was great accomodation in great location. The ovner was very nice and helpful with everything. The villa had everything we need and we got fresh fruits and vegetables like present. We love to come back.

Fantastic accommodation very different from staying on the coast.

A fantastic house. All finishings felt modern in design & newly fitted. Communication with the host was fantastic. Accommodation was perfect and as described. Great views & lovely evening breeze. Very different from staying at sea level on the coast (although that was only 5-15 minutes drive - depending on which coast you drive too). Would highly recommend.

Would be nice to have a pool ;-) Other than that no negatives to report.

The house was beyond our expectations, everything was perfect, very clean and well kept and in an excellent position. Our host was also extremely kind and super friendly. Would be back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely perfect home and location!

Absolutely gorgeous home in an ideal location! Everything was immaculately clean and the house is just a few minutes by car from Myrtos Beach. The host was helpful and friendly and even left us a lovely welcome basket with local products. There were screens on all the doors and windows and it was nice to let the breeze in and listen to the bells of the goats in the nearby hills. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I highly recommend it and we would love to stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to go back to Kefalonia. It was just perfect!

Top quality, mountain retreat

A seriously top quality villa nicely located in a quiet little village but with great restaurants and beaches just a short walk/drive away. The host was great, everything was incredibly easy. The villa is huge and quality of everything is amazing. Great views towards the sea and sleepy island life. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful and well located house + top host

Everything else was great. Elly and her mum really put lot of effort into making their guests feel comfortable. The house is really clean and nicely furnished (all looks like as shown on the photos). You have everything you need. Elly was not on the island but helped immediately during our arrival as Google maps obviously didn't know back then which roads were closed due to the cyclone that hit the island two weeks earlier. She was always very fast with her replies and really helpful. The house is located really good and if roads are not closed anymore, you can get to most nice places on the island in less than an hour. Really good located for day trips. Also Myrthos beach, which is a really beautiful place but hard to access at the moment, is not far from the house. We can highly recommend this place and Elly and here family as a host. In the area you can also find nice taverns and the locals are really friendly. We will visit again!

Several dogs are living in this area that have barking battles at night which you could here with open windows and the cocks that don't seem to live in the right time zone :) But due to the Aircon that was easily sorted by closing the windows. Then it was calm.

Home for a week

The villa has everything you need, it’ clean, good interior design and good beds. Perfect place to stay for s holiday. It was our home for a week. Elly’s mother was providing us vegetables and very good pastry. We enjoyed staying here and for sure was a part of our great holiday.

Exceptional

The villa was very comfortable, well appointed and spacious. We also loved the quite location and had easy access to beaches and restaurants. An extra bonus was having a great small deli - Myrtillo, in the village that served superb coffee and other goodies. .....and to make our stay even more enjoyable our hostess was very helpful and responsive.

If one is a light sleeper one might find the dogs sometimes barking at night somewhat disturbing.
