The apartment is the ground floor of a two story villa with shared outdoor facilities (Pool, bbq, loungers). You have a private terrace and in 10 days we only saw other guests from upstairs twice so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The apartment was just as it appeared in the listing; modern, comfortable and immaculately clean. Dimi, the owner, and his wife were very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. They left us a few essentials and changed the sheets and towels half way through our stay - a lovely touch. There are 2 tavernas in the village, we visited the one “up the hill” twice. There is a shop in walking distance, a bakery in a 2min drive and the beautiful seaside town of Agia Efimia is a 10min drive with shops, restaurants etc.

Zeer luxe appartement met zwembad. Het huis is nieuw, van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en de gastheer en vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie op het eiland ook top! Echt een aanrader.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt Zudem war alles blitzeblank und sehr gepflegt, auch eine Zwischenreinigung wäre möglich gewesen. Der Wohn/Ess/Küchenbereich ist riesig und auch der Außenbereich ist groß und bietet schöne zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool war toll und sehr gepflegt, genau wie der Außenbereich drum rum. Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zu den schönen Stränden, wovon es jede Menge gibt, ebenso zu den kleinen Orten, die einen Besuch wert sind. In den kleinen Supermärkten bekommt man alles was man braucht und es gibt viele gute Restaurants ringsrum.
Der Empfang und die Betreuung war bestens organisiert und sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und hat bei allen Fragen / Anliegen weitergeholfen.
Kurzum, wie können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

La struttura e’ condivisa con altri ospiti anche sé moderna il Wi-Fi non funzionava bene….e poi non averla a questo prezzo indipendentemente e’ assurdo
