Situated in Carolina Beach, this attractive condo for $317 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Looking for a vacation spot where every time you come back, you experience the same high level of quality? At our Koastal View oceanfront condo, we personally renovated and equipped this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo to become ‘that’ vacation spot where you will want to book your next visit before you leave. Koastal View is located on the 5th floor at Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. It has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation! Pelican Watch features secured access after 9 PM, 2 elevators, a heated indoor pool & hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, ocean front picnic area with charcoal grills, private sundeck, private beach walkway, outside shower and bike racks. Two parking passes are provided for the parking lot across the street. Guests can unload next to the front door, and luggage carts and two elevators are available to help you get your things up to the unit. Enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean at Koastal View, and wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the sunrise without even getting out of bed! We strive to make the condo a very comfortable 'home away from home'. We continue to make updates to our home to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience and vacation. The large ocean front balcony is equipped with 4 pub height Amish-built chairs and pub table, which is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Watch the dolphins, pelicans, boats and surfers. The ocean front Master features a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and flat screen HD TV and shares a common bath with combination tub/shower. The ocean front Living Room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a 50” flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is also well equipped with cooking supplies. The wet bar area is perfect for making your favorite cocktails. A full size front load washer and dryer, blender, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), iron, ironing board, luggage racks, and hair dryers are available for your convenience. Board games, cards and many books are also available for your use. Smoking and Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Outdoor pools are normally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting). The front doors are locked after 9 PM. Therefore, you must arrive at the unit (on your first day) prior to 9 PM in order to gain access.

Recently spent 6 days in the property and I couldn't have been happier! All the amenities and comfort of home with an extraordinary view!! Literally, as you walk in the front door, you're greeted with ocean. No need for alarm clocks, you actually WANT to wake up to the sunrise! The location was also perfect. A mile or less to bars, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.. Our secret find that we forgot to mention in the guestbook.... The Sandspur!! Great food. Chill vibes. Great staff. I think we were there 4 times in 6 days! Plenty of options in this building but would never consider looking elsewhere. A return is already being discussed!

This condo had everything you need for a great vacation. We were there for our son's wedding. The location, condo amenities were above and beyond. Dann and Nancy answered all questions in a very timely manner. We couldn't ask for a better stay. If we could give 6 stars we would.

The building is far enough from the busiest biz area to be quiet at night and still only a short drive away from grocery stores and restaurants. The unit offers an unobstructed breathtaking view of the ocean. The room is clean, well decorated, and extremely well stocked. Host is very friendly and responsive. The beds are little too firm for my taste, but that's just my personal preference. Would highly recommend.

We opened the door for the first time and was mesmerized by the view of the ocean. We loved the room long porch and wall of glass for a better ocean view. Room was well stocked and above expectations. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owners responded quickly and truly care about their renters. You cannot go wrong staying here.

This condo has the absolute perfect view. Can't beat the view from the balcony! very clean, comfy beds and within walking distance to many restraunts and bars. Love the pay it forward!! would definetly recommend this condo for your vacation getaway.

Great property, AWESOME view. Kitchen great for cooking, plenty of space for everything we needed. Easy to get into the building and dragging all the beach stuff out onto the beach was no problem and a very short walk. Communication with the owners was easy via text and I'm sure if I had any problems or more questions they would be right on it. Thanks for a terrific week!!!

We wanted something in Carolina Beach to celebrate my son’s high school graduation. The Koastal View property was perfect. It’s located right on the beach in the Pelican Watch condo complex. When we arrived it was spotless. Cleaner than clean. Beautiful 5th floor views and a fully stocked condo. Had everything we needed. We highly recommend this rental. It’s perfect for a family of 4 but could occupy a few more if needed. Location is great. About a mile down the beach from the center of Carolina Beach boardwalk area. Condo building is older and the indoor and outdoor pools are adequate but if you are looking for ocean views and a really nice rental, this one is for you.

The apartment was beautiful and very well kept! It was an easy walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants in the area! We only needed to reach out to Dann with a quick question and he answered immediately and was super helpful! One of the best VRBO experiences I've had.

Koastal View is a fantastic place to stay. This rental provides everything you would need for vacation and the view is unbelievable. I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable relaxed beach vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bedrooms are very comfortable not to mention the beautiful decor. It is obvious when you stay here that the owners are very thoughtful about how to make the experience comfortable for renters. I would definitely stay here again and again and recommend to anyone going to Carolina Beach to do the same.

Enjoyed a short stay pre-Memorial Day. Condo was as advertised! Great location, comfortable furnishings, had everything we needed and then some. Dann and Nancy have also provided those extra touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Will definitely come stay again.

The condo is furnished very nicely, with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is very nice for a condo and includes a view of the beach (nice and open). I have never seen a better equipped condo - there was even a first aid kit!! Just wonderful - we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect 4 days! The weather was delightful and the condo is the jewel of the Atlantic! Clean, comfortable, and anything you would need. I didn’t want to get out of that comfy bed after watching the sunrise! This is our 2nd time here and won’t be our last!! Thank you Dann & Nancy - you p have a wonderful home and are great hosts!

We have stayed here before and we love it! The owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. This condo is on the beach which makes it extra special. I love waking up to the amazing sunrise right there! It’s a perfect vacation spot and in walking distance to restaurants and the Boardwalk at Carolina Beach, which is great for our teenagers!

While the view is definitely the first thing that grabs you, the condo is really very nice! The layout is good, the amenities are outstanding and the comfort of the furniture was good! Everything you want or need is provided and Dann & Nancy have it set up so that its a use and pay forward approach. I love this! Not everyone has to buy a bottle of ketchup, just to be tossed out in a week. The next family can use it. We used some things that had been left, bought some items while there and left others that we brought. What a great idea! And not wasteful! I love that they have a guest book inside so that you can leave a personal note and also get recommendations for places to eat and see that others before have had. The condo is perfectly located, both within the town and the building. I think the 5th floor is perfect! Great views but not so high up or down low. We ate at a different place every night, including 3 times in Wilmington, which is not very far or hard to get to. There are several carts to use to move your belongings in for the week, so you don't have to wait. We have nothing bad to say at all! You won't be disappointed if you stay in Koastal View for your vacation!

This is a perfectly situated (fantastic views), very comfortable and well decorated apartment. The owners use a “pay it forward” suggestion that works beautifully. Instead of just having the bare necessities on arrival, we found the kitchen to be well stocked. We hope to come back again!!

My boyfriend and I came to Pelican Watch for the 1st time in 2019. Once we finally were ready for another vacation after the pandemic, we decided we wanted to go back. Our previous condo wasn't available, but we found this one and we absolutely fell in love with Carolina Beach all over again. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, and 1st class view of the ocean and beach. The owners are very responsive, professional and thoughtful. There's tips and instructions throughout the house in a very easy to read and find manner. Just an overall great experience! We can't wait to go back!

We had a group of 4 for a girls trip - it was a perfect spot! There was plenty of space and the view from the balcony was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach and exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for the great place to stay!

This condo has everything you would want when looking for a place to stay. It is right on the beach which is both beautiful and convenient, it is very accurate to the listing, clean, and lots to do within just a few mile radius. You definitely don’t want to pass this rental up!

A beautiful home that felt like a home!
It's really hard to write a review on a five-star place with a hundred other five-star reviews! Every time I thought, "wow I'll have to mention this in the review" I remembered somebody else already had. It's only our second time staying in a VRBO but definitely had more of the feeling of going to stay at your super awesome amazing friends that are out of towns beachfront Apartments instead of a VRBO that's rented out regularly. A beautiful home that felt like a home! One of our must-have things was the balcony on the ocean/beach, but having the extra long patio with the living room and master bedroom both having the ocean front view was amazing! To pay it forward idea definitely helps it feel like a home. Check out what's there before you place an order or go to the grocery store. I remembered somebody had said you didn't need a fan even if there isn't one there the air conditioner and the ocean noise is plenty but I panicked at the last minute and brought one but we did not need to use a fan at all. I'm quite a bit concerned about all the reviewers saying they'll never go anywhere else because that's exactly how we feel and there's only so many weeks in the summer. I was presently surprised with how spacious it was considering most Oceanfront places I've been seem to be as narrow as possible. Dann and Nancy were super responsive and great as well! We didn't stay a full week but definitely want to stay longer next year! And are thinking maybe with all the stuff that's there we'll be able to fly which would make life easier. Can't wait to go back!
