Be sure to note which you are seeking as pictures are quite different for each option. We arrived at the single family home after dark on a rainy evening. The directions were very good. We had no difficulty finding the private apartment. The lighting was adequate, however because it had rained heavily all day, the walkway leading to the private patio and entrance was flooded. Unfortunately pictures could not predict the lack of personal comfort we experienced with the futon/couch and kitchen chairs; similarly the too-soft mattress provided marginal comfort for our needs. A corner-mounted micro TV in the bedroom was capable only of wi-fi streaming using your personal accounts (of which we have none) or “free” movies punctuated by 7 consecutive commercials about every 10 minutes. There was no independent room temperature control available to the guests, however there was a portable space heater available. Absent from the kitchenette was a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Some cups were stained from coffee. The refrigerator with a freezer was welcome as we came with multiple blue-ice packs for our ice chests. On occasion we were aware of but not bothered by other occupants in the residence. This VRBO met our basic needs yet our experience failed to make a positive impact.
