Great unit - nice little stay. Be prepared for a couple of level of stairs with luggage - but once in no problem

It was our 3rd time in Cozumel but first time staying on the north end of the island, and first time in this property. It definitely met expectations, with a gorgeous view, and clean, well laid-out spaces. The kitchen was well-furnished and the common area pool and snorkeling area was very pleasant. The property management here is especially noteworthy. The check-in instructions were thorough and clear, and the PM was extremely responsive. We reported a minor maintenance issue and the full-time maintenance person was able to resolve it the same morning. Tip: consider renting bikes! It's a ~30-40 min. walk to downtown (not unpleasant, but it can be hot, and you may not want to spend hours of your vacation walking up and down the main street). Taxis back and forth from the centro can add up (about $5 USD each way) and you can also spend some time waiting for them, especially during slow season. We rented bikes for about $15/person/day (from Best Bikes Cozumel) and loved being able to get around at our own pace, while getting a bit of exercise. This property has a convenient bike stand in a secure maintenance/ trash room that we used during our stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Convenient parking and fun outdoor space. Enjoyed the pool and snorkeling. Owners very accessible if needed. Looking forward to returning.

We stayed with our two adult children recently in March. The condo was well appointed with new patio furniture in the unit. Wifi worked well but slow at times when streaming movies and Netflix. The pool area is outstanding with well kept patio area and diving platform into the sea. We frequently saw groundskeepers working to sweep, organize the pool deck and pool. I would recommend this complex to anyone and will likely return in the near future.

The Miramar condo was quiet and public areas was always clean. If we had any problems, they were corrected immediately. There was always a parking space available. The air-conditioning in the unit was excellent. We found snorkeling from Miramar towards the north for 0.4 mile track was better then the southern area of Cozumel. Grocery stores were easy to find.

Traveled with our two sons (26 & 28 yo). Beautiful view of a beautiful island from the balconies. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful cleaning crew. Comfortable beds. Great pool area and snorkeling right in front. Linens and towels aplenty. Attentive staff for water replenishment and other minor needs. Limited WiFi signal on second floor though. All around great stay!

Very nice unit! We’ve stayed at several Miramar units and think this is our favorite. Great view, very clean unit. Somehow we booked 1 day shy of our intended stay and Matias was very accommodating and was adding the extra day was seamless. We will be back!
