The apartment is very nice, roomy and very well appointed. The chef is a definite plus. If I had to find fault with this place it would only be that it has only 4 tokens for beach towels. I would suggest at least 6 for a 3 bedroom apartment. Peninsula is a great place to stay in Cozumel.

Lovely flat in quiet part of Cozumel
Lovely flat in quiet part of Cozumel
The Flat is marvellous with an amazing view of the sea in each room. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Bedrooms and beds large and comfortable. The great surprise was the cook available everyday from 12 to 7am in the eating area of the building : you can give him money to buy the food or bring him your own food and everything ready in an hour. You eat in front of the sea... Better than any restaurant. Supermarkets are 5 min away in taxi so very easy access. We rented scooters and bikes to tour the island and discover beautiful beaches. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holidays.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Ocean views from every room. Very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished. We looked at some other condos in other buildings and felt this one was better. The staff at the condo complex were always friendly. The pool and beach area were very nice and always kept clean. We walked to town when we first arrived to pickup our rental car and it was a very long walk. You really need a car or plan on using taxis, which drive by often and were easy to get. Taxi ride to town was only 50 pesos. The best place to get pesos is in the MEGA grocery store, use you ATM or credit card and be sure you have your PIN number. Places to eat that I would recommend would be Crazy King Burrito for sure, Agave on the main square, we ate there many times for lunch and dinner and the food was always great and very reasonable. Guido's is a must for a nice dinner, also very reasonable. Le Chef is very good and more of a locals spot. Rock'N'Java is also good and very reasonable. Be sure to check out Woody's near the main square at night for live music and drinks. Kelley's Sport Bar is another fun place to have a drink. And an absolute must do is Happy Hour at The Money Bar, you will see the most magnificent sunsets there! Also, be sure to take an island tour over to the other side and visit Senior Iguana's and Coconuts, and then stop at Sky Reef on your way back. One other thing to consider doing is a day trip over to Playa del Carmen to enjoy lunch and drinks on the beach there.

This 3br 4ba condo is beautiful. Queen beds or bigger in each bedroom, with a twin sleeper in the office and likely a twin futon as a sofa in the master. Wifi included, cable in Spanish, DVD with a few DVDs available (we donated two!). Every kitchen utensil you could need. The living room has a love seat and many chairs. Walk to town was a little long, but this made us get our exercise. No grocery store nearby. Couple of restaurants within walking distance. Pool is in shade of high rise for better part of day. At our visit the ocean current was too rough to go into. Rocky shore. Windy at our visit. Washing machine in unit and available.
