Situated in San Miguel de Cozumel, this lovely condo for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located in the exclusive northwest end of Cozumel island, this recently renovated oceanfront condo is perfect for small or large groups. The unit has Central A/C, TVs, Netflix, DVD players, free high-speed fiber optic cable with WiFi, and free local phone service. It shares an infinity swimming pool that sits along sea walls that offer the island's best snorkeling. There are 2 large master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bath, mirrored closet doors, dressers, individual seating area and sliding glass doors that open onto the oceanfront balcony. Both masters feature huge bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets, and sights of the town of San Miguel. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds and share a double basin bath. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have dressers with mirrors and large 3x4 foot windows with island views. All bathrooms feature contemporary tropical decor with double sinks and walk-in showers. If you want to prepare your own meals and snacks, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The roomy kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and electric range with oven. Of course, included is the all-important blender, coffee maker, toaster, complete cookware and place settings. If you wish, dine in with authentic local cuisine and let one of our chefs come to your condo and prepare your meals for you. The spacious private covered balcony overlooks the downstairs pool, shoreline reefs, and the blue ocean for which Cozumel is famous. There is a roomy couch for relaxing or browsing using the complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. A propane gas barbecue grill is available for those wishing to cook outside. In the pool area, there are palapas and chaise lounges that are part of the building facilities you are free to enjoy. The entry to the snorkeling is just steps away with 8-12 foot deep seawalls full of colorful corals, fish, and other sea life. The condo can accommodate anywhere from 4 to 8 guests. The dual master suite setup is particularly attractive to groups that have more than one couple. The master suites each have huge bay windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea and sliding doors to a large private balcony that also connects to the dining and living areas. You'll love the sparkling sea views, day or night. With a grill out on the balcony, you have the option to enjoy a meal together with spectacular sunset views over the water. The indoor dining table seats 8. The layout's open design allows for plenty of natural light and great ocean views from almost any angle from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The condo will be thoroughly deep cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants prior to your arrival. If you stay longer than 4 days, there will be a mid-stay cleaning as well.

Our family had a fabulous trip to Cozumel and condo was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location with direct access to great snorkeling for the family, a nice pool and was safe for everyone. Would definitely go back and stay there again. We loved our stay… however, the property has NO generator for power outages. We were without power for 12 hours straight… a bit unnerving. Apart from that, the property is more beautiful in person. We will likely stay here again. Also, the listing said there is a keurig coffee maker however there is only a standard coffee maker. No Biggy, we just purchased some ground coffee. Really great Condo overall!

This is the best condo on the island. Great views, everything was as advertised. We have stayed at other smaller condo units (Mira Mar) just down the road and they are fine too. I have also stayed in San Miguel when traveling by myself. But for four adults this place was perfect. Begin your search for a condo with this unit! I have been diving on the reefs of Cozumel since 2007. Loved the condo and please be kind to the reef system.

Clean, and we'll appointed the condo had all we could hope for! The view is nothing short of amazing! Two Master bedrooms make it less awkward when travelling with friends. Dan, the property manager was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cozumel

Everyone in our group said “ wow” upon entering this condo. Said it again when taking in the view from the balcony. Excellent snorkeling at the condo…just step down the ladder into 12 foot deep waters and follow the coral , sponges, fish, turtles, eels, starfish along the edge/wall. Some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever experienced. Safe area. All the people working with condo were top notch. Can’t say enough positive s about this condo and our two weeks in Cozumel.

The apartment is lovely but unfortunately when we got there we found that there was absolutely no access to the outdoor areas listed and there was loud construction just outside two of the bedrooms. After two days we decided to move to another rental place. Given that the place was not as advertised and we chose this place due to the outdoor space and accessibility to snorkeling I kindly asked the owner if he would reimburse us for the unused days (which of course we had to pay at another rental property). I was not seeking any reimbursement for all the extra fees and not asking that the owner lose money on the rental only that he be kind enough to understand that we did not want to spend our vacation having to catch a taxi somewhere every time we wanted to spend time outdoors. He seemed amenable to this and "was checking" on things. But now it has been10 days with no response from the owner and I'm pretty sure will not be gracious enough to supply a refund. There are many great places to choose from on cozumel and I would have gladly given this place a nice review if not for the circumstances. We ended up at an even nicer place with full access to a pool, beach, and ocean and had a great vacation. It would just be nice not to pay twice for a place to stay.

This is our third time staying here since Summer 2020. We keep coming back for the condo, the pool, the beach and the overall Cozumel experience. Access to the ocean is one of the best parts. Jump in and you are immediately snorkeling with the fish. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Alex is awesome at setting up excursions. We will be back.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful. It’s in an excellent location. It’s well stocked with everything anyone would need. The snorkeling was great! The housekeeping is excellent. Alex l, the property manager is excellent. The pool is great! The ONLY negative was the hateful lady, Terry Hernandez, at the pool everyday who puts her towels in several chairs for the entire day weather she’s there or not. She’s very hateful to all the kids and seems to think this is her private pool and chairs. Kind of took the fun out of things. Overall it was great!

Beautiful condo with stunning views! This place is very well stocked with just about anything you could think of. Great location being an easy walk or cab ride to town. Make sure you have Alex fix you up with Karla for a home cooked meal. It was delicious, fun and very reasonable(they should market her more!) We actually had her come twice. You will not be disappointed with this place! We cant wait to come back!

This condo is newly decorated and immaculate. We have stayed on the Cozumel north end for many years and this is the best condo and location we have experienced to date. Snorkeling is made easy with a steel staircase that leads right into the water. It has a mature renter clientele and owners with no children in sight during our stay - which was fine for us as empty nesters. A nice touch was the owner's listing of restaurant recommendations for our use. This year we got out of a rut and went to several restaurants on the owner's suggestion list all of which turned out to be excellent and will now be part of our regular rotation. My only issue (it is a minor one) is the lack of umbrella/tables around the pool. Only chaise lounges are provided. Shade around the pool becomes scarce late in the day. Overall it is an excellent vacation destination that we hope to use for years to come.
