Even though I made a mistake with my booking and arrived at the wrong time, the staff member on duty was very helpful and made sure I had somewhere safe and comfortable to stay until my room was ready. All other staff members i met were extremely friendly and helpful.
There was building work going on with workers outside and quite a bit of noise. Of course this was during the day but if you arrived late and wanted to sleep during the day this may have been uncomfortable.
My shower did not have hot water but I only need a quick wash to freshen up as I was only staying for one day.

The people who work here are so kind and helpful. Very authentic Armenian experience.
Outdated and a bit old. The walk to the city center is quite sketchy and off putting, I recommend taking a taxi.

The staff is incredible, Tigran was very helpful and kind, respect! Located within walking distance from city center.
Location is rather noisy right now (as of Oct.2025), construction site just next door.
