The people who work here are so kind and helpful. Very authentic Armenian experience.
Outdated and a bit old. The walk to the city center is quite sketchy and off putting, I recommend taking a taxi.

The staff is incredible, Tigran was very helpful and kind, respect! Located within walking distance from city center.
Location is rather noisy right now (as of Oct.2025), construction site just next door.

An affordable hotel in a neighbourhood with old, small houses in a labyrinth of streets, but perfectly safe at night. (There is a huge old socialist chimney nearby with a brand new luxury apartment block right next to it - perfect for orientation :) The room has a fridge and AC. Breakfast is available for an additional cost. The receptionists were very attentive and helpful. The Vernissage is only 10 minutes walk
The room was small, cramped and bit rundown.
