The room was very comfortable. The staff very nice. 2nd time I have stayed there this year. And will stay there again.

Didn't really like the blankets on bed. Could use some newer blankets and top cover. Did not like that there was no shelf in shower. Had to put my shampoo ect on floor of shower.. it was not convenient.

. The bed was really comfortable. Nice and clean. The workers were very nice. It was in a great location

It was ok, but not a very good value for the money.

Breakfast was very limited. Just some toast and waffles.

The ad promised a reclining sofa. It turns out they don't have them anymore. The only seating was a broken down chair that was way too soft to sit on for very long.

A very good stay except for the terrible breakfast.

Good amenities in the room. The room feels like home.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was only choice of slices white/whole wheat bread, small size bagles and waffles with serving size of jam and cream cheese. There was coffee and orange juice. No hot breakfast, no cereal etc

The beds were comfy. The elevator was fast. The fridge and sink worked well in both our rooms. A/C worked well. Good lighting.

TV did not work in either of our 2 rooms. The whole facility did not smell pleasant. The walls were paper thin. There was no breakfast. Staff was not very helpful with the TV situation.

Rooms are comfortable, building was quiet. Cleaning and breakfast offering could have been better.

The room was comfortable enough, big enough and quiet. Having a kitchen was a real bonus. They allowed my two little Yorkie dogs for $50 a night, which was a little steep in my opinion, but it was nice to be able to have them with me for this trip.

The continental breakfast offering was toast...that's it. Being diabetic and not being able to eat bread made it a problem for me. The bathroom fixtures and bedding were adequately clean, but the entire room tile floor was filthy and hadn't seen a mop in a long time, or at least not before I rented the room. I hand washed the floor myself with towels from the bathroom and they were black when I finished. The up side, it wasn't gross carpet.

The room was really nicely decorated and the lighting in the bathroom was great. Love the double walk in shower.

I didn't like the cash deposit rule. No orange juice and for the money, the breakfast was really lacking. And could have used a coffee pot in the room.

They charged me an extra 20 because I checked in early which the room was ready. A service. No where did it say I had to be charged extra money because I came early. Poor form.

Clean, and comfy. Value was good.

I had never heard of a $100 CASH deposit at a hotel until I stayed here. I don't generally carry that amount of cash; and didn't have that. The hotel did allow me to put a $60 cash deposit down which I got back upon checkout. Strange policy. Not sure why they couldn't and wouldn't put the deposit as a hold on a credit card.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Not really a breakfast. Just toast and frozen waffles.

The WHOLE experience was horrible, didnt even get the room we booked and paid for in advance.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about.

The sheets weren’t changed. There were dirt marks of someone’s foot and blonde hair on the sheets from the previous stay. We requested for a new fitted sheet and the worker didn’t want to hear about it. She gave us the wrong fitted sheet so I had to go switch it to the correct size. That annoyed her. How she felt showed all over her face. There were molds on the bathroom door. Overall, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Mandatory $100 Cash Deposit up Front

The suite was nice and Spacious.

The hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. Put in very fine print on bottom of reservation. In addition to having your CC information and photo copying your Drivers License. I have had front desk ask to see ID, not usually keep your personal information on a photo copy. Front desk wasn't very friendly nor helpful. Did not explain Wi-Fi, where my room was, when breakfast was, ask if there was anything else they could help me with, no...enjoy your stay or Thank-Yous. Will not stay here again. Not customer friendly at all.

Loved it last year - won't be returning.

Good price. The location to downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul was great because then we didn't have to stay in the city.

When we checked in the bathroom faucet wasn't attached to the sink, the bathtub water ran steady and the TV didn't work at all. Someone finally came and checked on things as we were checking out of the room.

worst experience in a hotel ever

the manager was rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. I checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned at all beds not made towels on the floor went to let them know and was asked why I hadn’t said anything sooner when I didn’t go up to my room right away. then was given an even worse room where the smoke detector was hanging from the wall, food on the ceiling. The kitchen area was not clean as well. I will never stay there again
