It is 6 minutes walking from the beach with new great sandy kids playground. Also 5 minutes walk to great b'fast cafe' restaurants/bar and shops.

A great place for a short or a longer holiday. Quiet, close to everything. 5 mins drive to Woy Woy town centre. You can even fish near by. 5 mins drive to Ettalong Beach’s great variety of restaurants.
It is called ECO house. Guests can enjoy above the standard workmanship with double glazed windows, double insulated walls, contemporary personal design and usage of solar system.

Sheets were not cleaned. Couldn't get the wifi to work. Stove top was filthy. Lounge seats were of poor quality and uncomfortable. Had to fix the insect screen door. Had to clean the shower drain as it was clogged with hair and water wouldn't drain away. Overall a good place to stay but needs a bit of furniture upgrade.
