Everything! We love Phoenix V due to its proximity to the beach, clean and comfortable accomodations and the distance to all the really good restaraunts.
The electric can opener was broken, but even that was not a big deal.

Location is good, beachfront.
Constant noise outside, no blackout curtains in the bedroom though there's a light constantly on outside that window, obvious signs of poor construction, random paint splattered in wall of bathroom, door knobs placed backwards so you cant lock the door if you're in the bathroom only if you're outside the bathroom so could lock someone inside the bathroom. The bed wasn't comfortable. There's a big broken piece of furniture in living room with no where to plug in lamps. The dryer cuts off randomly mid cycle.
