Having to pick up key from key box 10 minutes away and also asked to return key to key box after stay Too much old and mismatched furniture for the space

The worst stay in years ! Worst customer service ! The staff I left behind my was stolen in hours!

Location was too noisy the apt it self was a little old and so Was the furniture. When I claimed my stuff I was surprisingly insulted ! Immoral and unprofessional people!

The day of my departure m, I left my IPad and iPhone charger in the electricity plug and realized it 8 hours Latter ! I claim it from the person with whom I was in contact ! And only got retaliation and insults ! Never seen In my life such poor costume service !

I loved the place, the space and I felt sad that I had to leave. The hosts were super.

The hosts. The hosts responsiveness. The hosts responsiveness to my needs. The hosts willingness to help me if something didn't work perfectly in the apartment, and they fixed it very fast. The apartment was very clean. The hosts made me feel very respected and welcome. The apartment was on the 8.th floor. It was in the middle of the city. Supermarkets, marketplace and restaurants close by. The flat was spacy and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were quiet all day around. I loved the place, the space and I felt sad that I had to leave.

I would have rated my stay 9,5 istead of 10, if it would have been possible. Because the apartment wasn't new I wouldn't have liked to give them the 10, ...and one of the bed rooms was a little noicy because of the location. But a 9 is all low a review for my experience. My experience of the hosts responsiveness and respect to my needs got me to give them the 10.

Fuimos 6 personas y el piso seguía siendo muy cómodo a pesar de la ocupación. Tiene un baño con ducha y un aseo, suficiente para funcionar un grupo así. El piso está genial ubicado (céntricoy cerca de muchos servicios), tiene muchas prestaciones en cocina, tiene cafetera, toallas, sábanas... las camas son muy cómodas y las almohadas muy bien. Estamos encantados con la estancia

La ducha se encharcaba, la cafetera italiana no funcionaba en la inducción. No había persianas en la habitación que daba a exterior, por lo que cuando amanecía entraba mucha luz.
