Edgewater West unit number 95, located at 1007 West Beach Boulevard, is a large three bedroom, three bathroom unit that can comfortably fit your family of up to six. The master suite contains a queen size bed, the guest room has a king size bed, and the second guest room has two twin beds.. With two TVs, a DVD player, VCR, and WiFi you will be able to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Note: The first guest bedroom TV is for DVDs only; no cable. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer that offer the comforts and amenities of home while you are away. The glass enclosed balcony offers wonderful views of the coast line as well as peace and serenity while soaking up the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! Edgewater West is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access. So, as we were approaching Gulf Shores, we were informed that the elevator at Edgewater West was not operating and since we were on the 9th floor we could accept a switch to a smaller unit at lower cost in Sandpiper. We agreed. Bender staff were polite, attentive and efficient throughout our stay. The main purpose of our stay was to assist our 19 yr old granddaughter with her recuperation following hand surgery. We accomplished that. Unexpectedly to us, the National Shrimp Festival was on during our stay. That provided some good entertainment but also meant travel in Gulf Shores was somewhat disrupted. The weather was colder than usual and the Gulf was quite roiled for a couple of days. We ate well, played games, watched TV, got some beach/pool time and enjoyed the time with our family. Definitely a successful trip. No complaints about the unit we switched into.

Large and room, great location . Condo could use some updating and the pool was closed the entire stay so my elderly parents couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that we enjoyed.

Having 3 bathrooms was the best feature of all! The property location was excellent. Some things about the condo need to be updated but it's nice and BIG. Very different from some of the newer condos with tiny bedrooms. Kitchen very well supplied. Plenty of pots, pans, silver ware, etc.

The condo was clean and nice with a perfect view. The screened in balcony was very nice but different. The only negative was the elevator didn't work all the time. We had to walk up and down 9 floors at least 5 times over the five days. My mother, 83, was not able to get out of the room one day because of the elevator not working. The rooms on the 6th floor, either had to walk up to the 7th or down to the 5th, because the elevator could not stop on the 6th floor. All in all, very good experience but fix the elevator. We would stay here again if we knew that the elevator would work.

Condo has a great location. Upgrades need. Disappointed there was only one tv, had a 6 year old who wanted to view his showes and a husband that eanted to watch sports at night. Condo needs a lot of tlc, over priced due to upgrades needed

The views from this condo are perfect! You are within steps of the beach. We loved the glassed in patio. The windows open so you can hear the ocean, but you do not have to go outside or deal with a balcony to experience the views. This was a plus since we have a small child.
The condo does need some updating, but it was comfortable for 6 people. If you stay here, you will need to bring your own paper products and cleaners. Two trash bags, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one round of dishwashing detergent was not enough for 5 nights. You are required to wash and put away dishes used so bring paper tableware or more dishwasher soap.

This was my family's 41st annual beach vacation. We started at Dolphin Island until Hurricane Frederick and then came over to Gulf Shores. We have rented at Edgewater West for probably 30 years. I have rented Condo 95 for 4-5 years. We had a wonderful time and great weather. The main problem I have with Condo 95 is that the Master Bedroom has a queen size bed that the mattress is too hard. I would love a king size bed in the master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the bedroom by the front door/ washer/dryer. My husband and I like to have the bedroom facing the beach. It would be nice also if the bathtubs were upgraded.

The rental was outdated and not very clean. One of our kids got the stomach flu in the middle of the night, there were no extra sheets in the rental so my husband ended up at walmart at 2am to buy sheets. I don't think having an extra set of sheets in each of the rooms is too much to ask. The location was good, close to all the area attractions. The balcony had no screens and the railing seemed very low, made me uncomfortable having little kids. The pool was not heated and was too cold for little kids to swim in most days. The management company was very professional and great to work with. Overall, We thought the price was high for what we got. We will probably look elsewhere if we come back.

We loved the location of this condo, from being Right on the beach to being just off the main drag. So much to do & endless places to eat fresh seafood. The condo could use a little updating, however it was clean & neat. It fit all our needs. We did have a water leak issue (from the condo above) that caused the need to adjust rooms a little. But Bender Reality handled the problem and we were able to enjoy our time to the end. Overall, we'll be back!

We were six in ages from 1 to 80 and the 3 bedroom & 3 bathrooms made things very comfortable. The wall unit and flat screen TV need to be anchored to the wall to prevent small ones from climbing or pulling on them. The condo made for a good base to relax in while celebrating with all of the family in the area.

We loved the condo especially the closed in balcony. We discovered the cable did not work to the televisions. Called Bender and someone was there in 30 minutes to check the cable out and then the cable company was there in about 2 hours. Such great service!!! We had 3 cars (could only have 2 at the condo) and Bender even gave us permission to park one the cars in their parking lot for the entire weekend. Bender Realty is awesome!!!

The condo we were booked at was having the patio door replaced and the agency was worried it would inconvience us so they switched us to a bigger condo, an upgrade! The folks at Bender could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

Of course the pictures of the property are when it was new. We get there only to find it was very worn out looking. The unit was clean but had damage, especially in all the bathrooms. The smoke alarms went off on Monday the 28th at 6:10 in the morning. My grand-daughter was terrified. My husband called 911 as we all rushed down 9 flights of steps, only to be told later it was because of all the water. The smoke alarms weren't going off in any of the other buildings around us. Water was also coming in the front bedroom window that morning. We left a day early. I was really looking forward to a vacation, which I haven't had in years. What a disappointment.

The condo was roomy and comfortable. We had a good week and the little ones enjoyed it very much. The kitchen light needs so e attention. It went out, the tubes were changed, and before we left the light was flickering again. It rained the day we left and there was some water on the balcony floor when we got up that morning. Beach Trip 2021
The property was not cleaned very well upon arrival but the host was extremely nice and accommodating. We were refunded for our cleaning fee and had a great time on our trip. Thankfully the host was very professional and easy to deal with, it made the inconvenience a lot easier to deal with at the beginning of the trip. All in all, the property was nice and in a great location. We had a great family vacation.

Apartment and property both need extreme maintenance
Ceilings were chipping off and found tons of old food and trash in and under sofas and beds. It rained and flooded the property and little to nothing was done for over 2 days had to climb 9 flights of stairs with someone awaiting knee surgery and myself in a high risk pregnancy. Property has a history of flooding and water rose over night and burned two spark plugs up and totaled 2 cars we know of for sure that were also guest at the property. Bender realty was amazing in responding to us but the property management company for the entire property was horrific and did nothing to help ! Will not be back but will book with bender realty at a different property.

This property we rented had lot of wear and tear on furniture and the bathroom had broken shower handle and the curtain was keep on falling. I would have hoped that the property was maintained for the cost that being charged per night PLUS the extra cost we pay for additional charges when we book. I will not suggest this property to any one.
