Good location, bad hygiene, budget accommodation.

Popular location. A/c room for under 1000. Elevator and swanky corridors. Ideal for sólo travellers looking for a place to store luggage.

Deplorable hygiene. Cockroaches on the door, wall. Fungus and spiders on the wall. Stuffy rooms. Non-functioning television. It would have been nice if the room interiors were as good as the hotel exteriors

Accept room not clean otherwise everything is good like location staff behaviour comfortable Just focus on cleaning

Room to dirty and smoking smell total ly unhygien bed sheet was not accelerate cleaning like zero.......😔 And don't have any ac and TV remote

Nothing is good.

AC was not cooling, TV channel not available, no toiletries, they don't change bedsheet, blankets, all are bad and stain.

It was bad. I left in an hour to find a new place.

Staff behaviour was good.

There was no hygiene in the room. It was really really bad and stinky. I could not breath at all. No ventilation as well. The washrooms were also not maintained, stinky, leakages etc. It is no where close to how it looks in the picture. I think they have to go under maintenance and fix all the things and then launch again. I just left the room in an hour and found myself a room just next building. When I said the person on reception I was leaving. He did not even ask me why. May be he already knew why. The place is really bad. Even 500INR will be too much money for the rooms. I am sorry i forgot to click photos. Someone from your team should visit the place and see it is in really bad shape.

Breakfast - I could not take breakfast as I was told that it would not be served before 8:30 a.m. (in fact, I was told that the food will arrive at 8:30 and then will take another 20 min to serve. First day, I waited till 8:40 and then left to do breakfast outside. Rest of the days, I did stay back. I was supposed to join my work at 9:00 a.m. Location - Good

1) Lots of insects all around the room (in bed, floor). 2) Water was off one day in the evening for a considerable period of time. 3) Smell in the room and bathroom 4) Even if keys are dropped at the reception for cleaning while going out for work in the morning, the clearning is done until evening. One day, I had to way before entering the room after coming back from work, as cleaning was not done till that time.

I cannot stress enough on how horrible this place. I would try to list out the things I didn't like but that's gonna take forever BECAUSE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.
