Very high standard Hotel room with beautiful view Good location, not far from the ferry. The room is spacious and clean. The balcony is super amazing with both mountain and lake view. The breakfast is delicious with high quality.

Could not storage the luggage before checking in

The location is good, amenities is basic..but working and also staying in the hotel industry, both luxury and non luxury 2-3 star hotels for 20yrs, I have never encounter a blatant breach of privacy issue until I came to this hotel. Upon checking in on 19th Sept 2026, we immediately place a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. It means totally privacy needed, no housekeeping service or any kind of service is needed from us except for any emergency or security related or maintenance issue.. its only 2 nights so we don't ask the hotel for much except just privacy. Yet on the morning of our 2nd day, 20th Sept 2026, a random man softly knock the door and without waiting for our reply, just went in. Saw us inside the room and quickly went out within 2 sec without a word of apology. This is outrageous, my daughter could have been bathing or changing her clothes. There was no emergency or security related/maintenance issue in our room for any hotel staff to go in and even if there was, they could have prior called our room to inform us that they needed access to our room since we are already inside the room itself. No calls were received and its just blatantly breach our privacy. This is not a lie and I do not make up unnecessary story just to get any hotel a negative review. We know hotels have limitation but the one thing we cannot tolerate is a breach of privacy..The hotel should look into its DND policy and make genuine attempt to inform guest better rather just to rely on inaudible knocking the door..if need be, install a door bell..I will definitely not recommend to anyone who values privacy to stay in this hotel except its location
