It felt like a very interesting building and was one of the more affordable options in Hallstatt. Very close to the ferry. Comfortable room, clean toilet.

The location was very central and the building itself was very clean and really nice. The staff were friendly and provided us with everything we needed.

It would have been nice to be provided with shampoo/body wash for showering. But it seems that in Austria this is not really something that is provided. Other than that, we have no complaints!

View from the room.

Except for the room’s view, nothing about the property felt noteworthy. The price is quite high considering the poor facilities. We had to walk more than a kilometer from the parking with our luggage because the shuttle wasn’t operating, and it can only be used during check‑in or check‑out anyway. The breakfast selection was below average. The rooms are dated with weak soundproofing; while the linens were clean, the bathroom was extremely small and offered no toiletries apart from a tiny bar of soap.
