Location was great and the apartment had everything a family of 5 needs to explore Madrid. Nearby restaurants and the proximity to Atocha make this property great. Digital code to entry was very helpful and easy to use.

The apartment was great, clean and modern.
The Main Street access was difficult. The hashtag on the door code was impossible to find and we often had to wait for other guests to unlock that door.
A clearer instruction to advise the hashtag is within the bell sign would have really helped

Excellent location situated a few minutes from Atocha station (bus203 from the airport @€5). Plenty of bars and restaurants locally.
Very spacious apartment with plenty of seating and storage.
Well quipped kitchen with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper supplied .Great sealed package with washing capsule, dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid and scourer.
To gain access, a code is sent at 3pm on the day of arrival. There are 3 key pads outside the main door so a bit more information( maybe a photo) of the correct key pad would be useful.

Staff were great. Digital unlock didn’t work on arrival so called them and they reset it there and then. Clean space, great location.
Was considerably smaller than expected, sofa bed was quite tricky to sort out but very comfortable.
