I liked how I had many sockets and a draw for all my stuff to go in. The bed was also comfortable
One staff member was extremely rude to me. I was wearing sliders round the hostel and he told me that I was only allowed to wear trainers

The location is the best value of this hotel.
This place run as a mixed business with tourist hub, bar and more... so very busy and noisy. I traveled with my family elders and couldn't sleep well with all noise of young people yelling at midnight. Facilities are just so-so. Some power outlets can't be used

Firstly, a big thank you Denise at the reception. She checked us in swiftly and was an extremely friendly person with an awesome personality. She recommended us several places to eat at, and we tried them all - from tapas at Bar Cruz, to paella at Paella Real - St Gines churros and tortillas at Pez Tortilla! Everything was amazing. The location of this hotel is so close by Grand Via shopping and metro stations. We stayed in the family room with a private bathroom. The room was spacious enough and clean. Since we were there till the Halloween, it was super fun to be included for the party as well. My family had a great time and stay here. Highly recommended.
Would have been nice is complimentary breakfast was included. Otherwise not an issue as there are many eateries nearby or you can pay extra to have breakfast at the porperty.

It’s more like a hostel small room bunk beds not comfortable no towels or toiletries you have to pay
