Great location! We used the Franprix market quite a bit at the closest metro station (Saint Paul). Perfect area for dining / eating, shopping, cafes, and getting around the city. The property was immaculate and comfortable. It’s perfect for a family. Having laundry and a pretty effective air conditioner was truly a treat during very high temperatures. It felt very safe and secure. I loved that it was quiet after full days in and around Paris.
There was some minor wear and tear, but nothing dramatic or unsightly. Minimal amenities—two small bars of soap, shampoo, coffee & tea. Kitchen was well stocked for my small family.

Klimatyzacja, a właściwie przenośny klimatyzator, głośna , mało wydajna i działająca tylko przy otwartym oknie , przez które trzeba wyrzucić rurę, a obiekt jest na parterze, okno blisko ziemi więc dość niekomfortowo, a przy wyjściu trzeba rurę schować, aby było bezpiecznie zamknięte okno. Poza tym brak szafy na ubrania

I really enjoyed the apartment’s ideal location. It offered easy access to the metro, with convenient stores, cafés, and major shops and attractions all within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly easy.
The apartment itself was spacious, with plenty of room for storage, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the level of privacy, it was peaceful and quiet, away from any noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which made for a very comfortable stay.
This is not intended as negative feedback, but rather to highlight a few areas that could be improved to enhance the experience for future guests.
While the apartment was generally tidy, it did not feel thoroughly cleaned beyond surface level. Some areas such as the edges of rooms were noticeably dusty, and the drawers inside the kitchen cabinets would benefit from a deeper clean. The sink drain also appeared to need more attention. I would recommend a more thorough deep clean or detailed check prior to guest arrivals. That said, the bathroom itself was clean and well-maintained.
There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as a curtain clip that had come undone, a missing light bulb, and some visible TV cables that could be better secured.
Lastly, the apartment may not be ideal for those travelling with very young children (e.g. 1+ year olds), as the layout presents some safety concerns, particularly the stairs and the wooden side panels near the upper sleeping area, which could pose a fall risk.
