the best, artsy, laid back place to stay in Paris for lots of space, a beautiful view, a very kind and sweet, professional staff and an amazing location for access to the Marais, the 11th, and the river walk close by with public swimming, coffee bars in the morning and plenty of bars/restaurants at night.

The hotel location was good; we walk a lot and were able to walk most places we wanted to go. The size of the room was very nice.
The lift was broken the whole time we were there. While it is Paris (the lifts break down), we still had to walk up five flights of stairs to our room every time (and after walking all day, it was annoying). I chose this place for three reaons and one of the reasons is beause it had a lift (location and air conditioning were the other two--and those were great).
