Staff were very welcoming. The lift worked. My room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for access to main station.

The entire building with all accommodations is beautiful. The rooms are small but well designed and the bed is exceptional.
Nothing for my stay, if it's necessary to work (Hotel Office) so the space is tiny.

Clean, comfortable room
Big clacks on signalisation from 6.30 until 10.40 making horrible noise all the time, I couldn’t sleep at all…
The man in the reception was nice to say sorry for that and not to make my pay tax de séjour.
Than, the phone of hotel didn’t work, I forgot something in the room and came back later, but the girl on reception told me, that we have to wait for tomorrow, when the cleaner will come to ask her if she found something in the room and where did she put it…
I found it not normal, that there is no place to put the things that guests could forget. So I left without forgotten things.
I don’t like in Paris, so I don’t know if I would be able to get back my things.
