Loved the breakfast each morning; the cleaning staff was top notch; having a towel rack was so important even in the heatwave. The twin bed room was incredibly small, but we made it work. Even with a room facing the street, the noise was not obtrusive. Enjoyed the location central to several subways; the AC was adequate during the heatwave; the beds were comfortable.
Several times during our stay, when we would return around 9:30pm, there was no staff at the front desk. At one point, we were locked out of our room because the keys had expired and had to search for staff. Though I mentioned my friend joining me a day later three times via email and then twice again in person AND paid the hotel tax for her, she still was hassled when she arrived (and I was gone to work). Not sure if they all communicate with each other or put notes into the reservation. We got it resolved, but it was stressful sometimes because of a lack of communication and lack of staff.

The property was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the buffet well equipped. The public transport was in a good distance.
The bathroom door handle was not functional but they didn’t fix it after requested. I requested an invoice but not sure if I ever get it.

The staff were very friendly, and proactive in contacting me, asking relevant questions both before and after the stay,
The breakfast was copious and of very good quality, with a broad selection of choices.
Only niggle was the duvet which was tucked tightly into the mattress, and loosening this meant the bottom sheet was pulled free and had to be tucked in each time.
This is an issue in several hotels, not just this one!

Cute Parisian style hotel. Delicious breakfast. Close to the metro so super easy to get around. Safe neighbourhood.
Had to request to get fresh towels as they wouldn’t replenish.
