Location: Timhotel Paris Gare de Lyon enjoys a convenient position just steps from Gare de Lyon station and close to many alfresco cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. Its central location makes it easy to reach Paris’ landmarks and explore the city on foot.
Staff: During my stay, the staff were welcoming and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. While experiences may vary, I personally found them attentive and accommodating.
Check‑out: After checking out in the morning, I was able to leave my luggage safely at the hotel. This service made it possible to continue exploring Paris comfortably before my onward journey.
- The room and bathroom were smaller than expected, though manageable for a short stay, and the lighting felt a bit dim.
- The lift is very compact, fitting only two people with large luggage at a time.
- As is fairly typical in many European hotels, English-language TV channels were not available.
- There was no mini fridge in the room, so guests who rely on these amenities should be aware of this limitation.

Could walk around the bed- big enough room. Places to put things. Ensuite. Bath and shower. 24h access. Efficient checkin and out. Pleasant staff. Less than 10 minutes to walk to station. Bed fine. Independent control of bedside lights. Places to eat nearby.
No bathmat. Temp slightly too warm at night. Our room no view- onto wall - to be fair, the option to 'upgrade' had been offered. Only one socket in room - luckily I had a double plug with me so both phones could charge up overnight.
