Very clean and comfortable.
The bathroom had a large high tub could be dangerous slip and fall and to get out is too high

Great breakfast buffet, and the AC in the rooms worked extremely well, even on very hot days. The staff were very attentive, and the price was reasonable. I love that breakfast goes until 10:30, so you can sleep late and still get food.

The room was very well appointed and the Wi-Fi worked very well. We had plenty of room and loved the lifts.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is good but there is no ventilation. The location was good.
Our room was cold. There are two reverse cycle (heating and cooling); one in the sitting room and the other in the bedroom. They are located above the doorways. The direction of the fan can not be adjusted. The position of the fan directs the heat at the ceiling not down into the room. As everyone know hot air rises. We had to close the sitting room and bedroom doors to try and warm the room. As a result the kitchen was unheated and cold.
Our room was cleaned once in six days. Not good enough.
The renovations in the lobby and entrance hall should have been scheduled in the evening or the hotel closed for the few days necessary to paint and lay the new floor. There were no signs to indicate that there was wet paint in the lobby. I now have paint on the sleeve of my expensive down coat.
