Fantastic hotel in the cosy Marais neighbourhood. Very friendly personel, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Wonderful with the garden, very quiet and close to metro. We highly recommend it!

Good location
Net curtains hanging off in room.
Dishwasher door wouldn't close.
It was strange to be in what appeared to be a self catering room, with hob, microwave, mini dishwasher.
No shampoo, conditioner or moisturiser in the room of a 4 star hotel.
Food service staff was surly and mode no effort to be friendy or helpful. We were told the hotel kitchen and no butter for our rolls at dinner. Also no hot chocolate drink.
The outdoor seating area was one of the reasons for staying here. The
raised seating under the bushes was lovely. However the sloping bricks that had to be navigated to get there was dangerous and impractical. We had to help each other up and my husband fell once.
