The kitchen - could make a cup of tea and relax. Very nice breakfast. Good coffee.
The doors are so heavy for someone with osteoporosis. The code for getting into the building. Feel more reassured when someone is at reception.

Clean and convenient
Hair dryer didn’t work and door to bathroom neither, but it wasn’t an issue. I only notified the staff on departure. The staff are friendly and helpful, I’m sure they would’ve changed the room if asked. But as I said, it wasn’t a big deal. Was a lovely room and I’d happily come back.

In the heart of Lille, near the train station. Lots of great bars and restaurants surround this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was super comfy.
The elevator was broken and I had to haul my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs.

The lift and toilet and shower area were different in some rooms - rooms are extremely small
