Situated in Hyannis, this lovely condo for $219 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Captain Gosnold Village offers classic Cape Cod cottages situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day. Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Charming 2-Bedroom cottage in a beautiful setting within walking distance to Cape Cod's warm sandy beaches and Main Street Hyannis. Captain Gosnold Village is ideally located within a short walk from three of the Cape's best beaches and nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to 21st century guests. This 2-bedroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating with two sofas, a chair, and a dining room table with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy chair, and a TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life. Smoke free property. No Pets. Check-in 4pm. $300 refundable security deposit required at check-in. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 adults and 2 children. The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day. Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.

Great location. Short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Small kitchen but adequate for our needs. It was fine for 3 people but a bit small for larger parties.

Had everything we needed. Nice bonus having beach chairs. AC only in bedrooms but was comfortable throughout. Easy parking right outsider the cottage.

We loved the roominess, but many things were in need of attention. The bathrooms have been neglected. The tracks for the shower in both bathrooms were disgusting. The floor was pulled apart at the entrances to bathrooms. Walls in the bathroom were cracked. The couches in living room need replacing and were highly uncomfortable. Lighting was not good in living room. The refrigerator looked nice but extremely noisy.
The front steps have pulled away and could be dangerous. The cottage has cute decor, but money should be spent on all that I described.

It is old and needs improvements. The floor is about to cave in. There is no Iron!! There were ants all over the window air unit. We only slept and showered there which served its purpose. I would not stay again

Accommodations were as expected and plenty of room and very comfortable for 4 adults. Location was great... very close (walkable) to several beaches and downtown Hyannis. Everything else we wanted to do on the lower Cape was a short trip. We had a fun, relaxing and stress-free week.
