This unit has a lot of potential for a being a small, but cozy, family or couples unit. The location is great, has great beach access and adequate parking. However, the whole unit needs to be updated. Make sure to personally contact the realty company about details before booking as the online description and information doesn't necessarily match up. With a a little TLC, this unit would be a perfect vacation getaway.

Unfortunately we were not informed at booking or prior to check-in that there were multiple ongoing repairs, including a large hole in the tile on the back patio. The furnishings are old. Building is old and not well kept up.

Location was the best! Condo: popcorn ceiling peeling in spots and ceiling was black where the vents were blowing out; musty smelling; bathroom caulk mold around tub and counter; ceiling fans had lots of visible dirt on them; coffee maker broken; kitchen light had to stay on the whole time we were there because after we turned it off we thought it was broken too but if finally randomly came back on; microwave front would fall off when opening door; and lots of tiles were missing on balcony but stacked in corner. Did not complain because I looked at Benders available rentals and they looked worse and weren't dirctly on beach. I did go buy cleaner and cleaned and left the door open 24/7 except when gone so we could breathe and air it out.

The view from the balcony was the absolute best. However, the condo was in need of attention. For the price paid, I definitely expected better. Balcony tiles were missing and stacked in the corner. Popcorn ceilings were coming off. Ceiling fans had so much build up of dirt, I had to buy cleaner and then vacuum the big dust bunnies that fell. Used the cleaner to disinfect everything else and try to rid condo of the musty smells. Bathroom was molded around tub and counter. Cabinet doors were peeling and bathroom cabinet doors were falling off. Coffee maker did not work at all. Kitchen light had to stay on the whole time because we turned it off and could never get it back on. So once it came on, we didn’t turn it back off. Also, it was annoying that we had to go out and buy toilet paper and trash bags after spending a fortune on the rental. I did not notify the rental company as it was last minute trip and I pulled up their other available rentals and did not want my other options as they looked worse.

Bender Realty is an awesome company to work with and quick to respond to requests for repair needs. We stayed for 3 months. The view can't be beat. The condo was nicely equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was gracious enough to rent a recliner for us during our stay. The condo does need some TLC. The LR furniture is not particularly comfortable.

Our experience with this condo was good; it is in a great location, nice views all day long, one morning we were able to see dolphins from the balcony while we were enjoying a cup of coffee. This condo is located close to almost everything you need while you are vacationing in this area.

The condo was pleasant. Easy check in, easy check out. Failed to let us know there was construction going on on Thursday when we got there. It did stop on Saturday, THANK THE LORD. we enjoyed our time. Will be back!

Nice vacation ,the negative need grab bars in tub and boardwalk to the beach was slippery in the morning and did take a fall got bruised up but overall nice place and stay will go back.

Small but cozy
The pictures on the site are good. The condo is smaller than the pictures show. However, plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms are small. The couch pulls out into a bed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would suggest more chairs outside, preferably that rock. There was some paint chipping from the walls and leftover food boxes left in the fridge. Otherwise we didn’t have any issues. The pool was my youngest kids favorite. The water had a lot of seaweed but we still had so much fun in the ocean and at the beach. Plenty of food places around and we ate around 4-5 pm for dinner and never had to wait very long. I would suggest Desotos Seafood Kitchen and the Sunliner Diner.

we were not happy we had to wait outside our room for over an hour waiting on a maintance person to come unlock our door. The lady at Bender ad given us a wrong code. The living room furniture needed to be replaced!! The couch was like sitting on the floor! There was no way anyone could sleep on it!!! Also in the master bath the knob to turn on the water I shower kept falling off. Kitchen needed counter tops replaced. Some of the tiles were missing.

A/C went out in 95 degree weather but Bender Realty had repaired within 48 hours. They were very accommodating and the contractor they hired was top-notch. Biggest complaint was bus loads of extremely loud teenagers that roamed the exterior of the building, halls, elevators and the beach all night so that adults and small children in our condo could not sleep. But I blame that on their chaperones and not the facility.

Amazing ocean property

Other than a few cosmetic repairs/improvements that could be made, which do not affect the stay, I have no complaints!
