Lovely visit to York. The apartment is perfectly placed - 5 minute walk to the Shambles and York Minster but far enough out to be a quiet base. The apartment was clean and modern with all the basics provided. Bed was comfortable and bedding of good quality. The grounds are kept clean and the canal is a idyllic back drop. All in all, very impressed, we would definately book again when staying in York.

Cocoa Suites 37 offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, convenience and great location. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was quiet, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Everything felt new and well maintained. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was perfectly placed for our short stay in York. We booked for 3 nights. We arrived early for check in and the apartment was ready and waiting. The check instructions were emailed days before and were ready to and east to follow. The position of the apartment meant we walked into and around every day with no need for the car...We had the perfect time and will definitely visit again.
