Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Kirkland, the stunning Lake Washington shoreline and Woodinville Wine Country., This fully furnished and well-appointed Townhome is designed to ensure your ultimate comfort during your stay. The open living room features a gas fireplace and a state-of-the-art 55" Smart TV with popular apps so you can sign in to your streaming accounts. This is the perfect space for rest and relaxation. Updated kitchen features slab granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. We've taken care of your basic needs by providing Starbucks coffee, tea, sugar, mini-moo creamer and essential spices. Unwind in the primary bedroom featuring a new pillow-top King bed, luxurious linens, and a number of plush pillows to choose from, so you get the perfect night's sleep!. Two closets with ample hangers ensure you have plenty of storage space. Need a movie to fall asleep? There's a 32" Smart TV with Roku. Our fully updated main bath is perfectly pristine with a fresh shower curtain for each guest, fluffy towels and an array of bath soaps. An additional half bath on the first floor makes this home perfect for two people. The main floor flex space has a dining table and dedicated office area. You'll be all set for work-from-home when you need it. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets for you to use. May through September, step outside to our spacious deck with gas BBQ, umbrella table and Adirondack chairs. We've added festival lighting for just the right ambiance on a summer evening. Private, over-sized two-car garage and convenient guest parking. Additionally, we've implemented keyless entry for easy check-in, and complimentary WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your visit. Rest easy knowing that our enhanced cleaning measures guarantee a spotlessly clean environment. We go the extra mile by providing professionally laundered mattress pads and pillow protectors for each new guest. Your security is our priority, which is why we've installed a Ring Doorbell at the front door and a Ring Camera to monitor the back gate. Discover the vibrant and upscale community of Kirkland, renowned for its exceptional restaurants and two new shopping plazas. Our location in the sought-after Highlands neighborhood, surrounded by high-end homes, ensures an upscale experience. The Cross Kirkland Corridor multipurpose trail is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Google campus is a short 10-minute drive. Enjoy world-class wine tasting in nearby Woodinville with more than 120 wineries and more 90+ rated vintages than any wine region in the world. Plus, you'll have easy access to Bellevue in 15 minutes and downtown Seattle in 30 minutes. For security reasons, I am unable to accept bookings for anyone other than the registered guest. If you want to book for friends, family or staff, please message me first. Please note, we are unable to host more than two adults overnight, and only two visitors are allowed at a time. Because of the high balcony, our home is not suitable for children. Longer stays require a valid, government issued ID, a long term rental agreement and additional damage deposit. We enjoyed our stay. The property is cozy, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It was even better than described. The location is close to the 405 freeway, which makes it convenient but a bit noisy at times. Susan was a great host. We would not hesitate booking this place again.

This Vrbo was the perfect location to get aquatinted with Washington areas of Kirkland, Bothell, Seattle and many parks and sites! Easy to find and near grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, parks and much more. The condo has all the amenities you need and more! It is gorgeous. Susan is a great super host and we would love to come back and stay here again!

The property is exactly as billed, in fact we think it is better! Immaculate and well appointed with countless useful touches (like a sewing kit which came in handy). The care of the host is evident everywhere. We dragged in from a long travel at 10pm and there in the fridge was a fresh apple pie and a quart of milk! Just what we needed to feel like we were in the right place. We highly recommend this property and host. We will be back.

This is by far the very best experience I have had with my stays in a VRBO. Susan, the owner of this residence is an absolute perfect host in every possible detail. This home is impeccably clean, well thought out, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located and pretty. Susan is very communicative and generously provided unexpected local treats and a lovely wine for my stay. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived on the property I knew we had hit the jackpot! Everything was pristine, welcoming and just the cozy atmosphere we were hoping for. Susan is a fantastic hostess who went above and beyond for our comfort. She even provided some delicious apples, pumpkin bread and a basket of treats to take home. The bed was perfect, the sun shone through the many windows and the back patio was a perfect oasis of relaxation.
Safe, quiet neighborhood for walking and the setting is lovely.
Can’t wait to return for more time at this perfect VRBO. Thank you, Susan.

Our experience at this house was AMAZING! It was cozy, comfortable, a home away from home, & kept us WARM! Being from Hawaiʻi, we definitely enjoyed the fireplace and having a nice warm bed to sleep in. The house was very clean and there were lots of extra beddings just in case. I love that there was Seventh Generation brand cleaning products because I do not like to use brands that have toxic ingredients. I highly recommend anyone staying here. We can’t wait to return! Wonderful 10 day stay
All of the reviews I read on this property before booking it were spot on! I have never been to such a well organized short term rental. The owner has thought of everything! No fear of running out of paper towels, tp, or any of the daily products you need. And, for once, I didn’t have to run out to buy tissues. Seemingly small stuff that makes a world of difference in your stay.
The entire house was spotless! The kitchen equipment had everything I needed, even a Microplane.
King size bed in main bedroom was very comfortable, and I’ve found that not many of the places we’ve stayed before had them.
It was very hot the first day we were there, but the owner supplied excellent, detailed instructions on how to cool things down and we were very comfortable.
She also provided information on wine tasting at nearby tasting rooms.
All in all, this townhouse had everything we could have hoped for.

This townhouse is one of the nicest places I've stayed. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is in a lovely neighborhood that feels safe and close to downtown Kirkland, restaurants and the waterfront.
Susan is a terrific host and takes great care in ensuring you have a wonderful experience. The townhouse has all the amenities that you need and even more. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and baking, and all the appliances feel new and are super clean. The whole townhouse is immaculate and very warm and inviting.

Beautiful clean home
This is a beautiful townhome that was impeccably clean. The owner was kind and willing to use unscented products before our stay and had unscented products available for use during our stay even though that is not what she normally uses. She really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

For the last five years we have been coming to the Bellevue area for a month of visiting friends and family. This is the first time a rental not only met, but absolutely exceeded our expectations. Susan's townhouse was spotlessly clean, everything provided, check in was super simple, so we could just unpack and start enjoying our vacation.
We felt like we were checking into a five star hotel. There was a nice bottle of wine and an abundant assortment of snacks next to a personal “Welcome Note” addressed to us by name. Later when I opened one of the pantry doors to store some supplies we brought with us, I found even more snacks. Susan provided a detailed general information letter covering all the little extras, instructions for internet connection, check out instructions, and that there was a First Aid kit if needed.
Susan has done an amazing job decorating their unit, great colors and decorations, better than the photos, everything looked fresh, and new even. The Smart TVs and very fast internet were much better than we had encountered at other locations and the Keurig coffee machine with an abundant selection of Starbucks kcups was another bonus. When I sent a text message with a question, I received an immediate answer. I wish all owners were as thoughtful and well prepared to accept guests as Susan.
The back deck is very private with a gas grill and large enough to have family and friends over. There is a desk and a surge protected outlet for your laptop with four USB charging outlets to support your computing needs in the oversize dining room. Parking is provided in a private garage that would hold two vehicles and it has an extra refrigerator/freezer for additional cold storage if needed.. The condominium community is very quiet, well maintained..
Everything about the unit listed in the HomeAway listing was correct and we will definitely return for another stay next year.
