La ubicación es muy buena. El complejo residencial está muy cuidado y muy silencioso, siempre vigilado y con guardias de seguridad a todas horas. La plaza de parking es muy buena y un plus si vas con coche. El solarium privado en la parte superior del apartamento da mucha independencia, además de las piscinas comunes, cuentas con una privada en el tercer piso.
Falta de menaje, la cocina no está a la altura del nivel del complejo. La habitación secundaria cuando sacas la cama nido es muy pequeña, casi no se pueden mover las dos personas que la ocupan. Entra mucha luz en las habitaciones porque no hay persianas. Temporalmente hay una obra enfrente que dificulta el sueño de lunes a viernes en la habitación de matrimonio a partir de las 08:00 horas.
