Magnifique appartement dans une très très belle résidence sécurisée. La terrasse est fantastique, de très grande taille avec vue sur les piscines et le jardin tropical. L'appartement est hyper lumineux et refait à neuf dans un style contemporain de très bon goût. Tous les équipements sont hauts de gamme. Excellente literie. Excellente situation, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et du sentier maritime, une quinzaine de minutes à pied pour rejoindre la vielle ville de Marbella. Toutes les commodités "commerces, bars, restaurants" sont à quelques pas. Excellent relationnel avec Rémy qui est d'une grande gentillesse et disponible. Quand c'est possible grande flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Un grand merci à Rémy d'avoir contribué à nos magnifiques vacances à Marbella.

Gated community, so it was very safe. It’s a long spacious building and the apartments are larger than normal. Well equipped and extra touches supplied, which add to the experience.The terrace is very big and gets the sun from late morning until sunset. Fabulous place in general.
The only fault that I could mention is that the curtains to the terrace were too long and a possible trip hazard, but otherwise the apartment is excellent.
