Nestled in Ogunquit, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax and enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and Ogunquit Beach from your private third floor deck. Park your car for the week as Little Beach and Marginal Way are steps away from the unit. Within a 10 minute walk you could be at Perkins Cove or Ogunquit Village with all of the restaurants and shopping that they offer. Ogunquit Beach is a 15 minute walk or there is a trolley stop conveniently located at the end of the street. Amenities include an onsite in ground heated pool, tennis court, playground and shuffleboard. Elevator access. This Condo is the perfect location in walking distance to the South Perkins Cove and to the North Ogunquit with shops and restaurants. We went to Roberto‘s Italian restaurant and again just a 5 min walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to have breakfast and even cooked a dinner with a view to the Bay. The King bed was comfortable, but the Mattress topper has seen better days. We kept rolling to one side.

We had a great stay in Ogunquit! The condo is very well placed near the Marginal Way. And what about the view from the balcony, exceptional.

The property was located in ideal location just a 2 minute walk to the Marginal Way and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed, it was very clean and well laid out and had a great deck porch for watching the ocean. Did I mention that the view was absolutely beautiful of the entire beach! The grand kids loved the Murphy bed too for their overnight with us!The host, Kathy, was very quick with answers to any questions. We WILL go back!!

The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! My concerns were the bed , the tv reception and the bedroom air conditioner. There is an ill fitted topper on the bed that hangs off , is too soft and is not good for anyone with a back problem. The tv reception was pretty bad. Don’t know if it’s the tv or the area. The air conditioner is level with the pillows and blows directly at your head and face. We had to turn it off. Thankfully there was an overhead fan that helped somewhat.

Splendid!
We have rented VRBO homes in Ogunquit several times in the last 10+ years, but this is, by far, the best accommodation we have had in that town. The location is perfect (walking distance from literally everything, with a gorgeous view of the beach from on high). The apartment is functional, comfortable, and pretty (I've never used a Murphy bed before, and it was a great convenience), and the manager was friendly and helpful whenever we had a question or problem. Kathy, the host, bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable, including adding things to the apartment that we asked for (which, you will agree, goes way beyond any obligation she had under the contract). I'm hoping she has space available next year, because I want to stay there again!
The only thing I'd change would be the placement of the air conditioner in the master bedroom. It blows directly on the sleepers, so one has the choice only of being too cold or too hot. But this isn't something I think they're able to change, because I think it's built in. But really, I think it's a minor concern compared to everything else.

We stayed at this property previously and had a wonderful experience! Our stay this time did not disappoint. The location is wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and the condo is beautiful as well. Very convenient to a walk along the Marginal Way and the condo has everything available you would need for your stay! Wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at the Lookout in Ogunquit. The property is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Everything you need is provided. The rental process was extremely well organized with frequent communication from the owners. The view over the beach is spectacular. You can walk to many restaurants and activities. We are looking forward to return again next year.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and plan to keep coming back. The location is great - it is off the main streets but within walking distance to the downtown area and Perkins Cove. The condo is always so warm and cozy with direct views of the beach. Open the windows to feel the cool ocean breeze. Perfect getaway place!

This condo was very cute and cozy. The location was awesome...close to restaurants and shops and beaches. It could use a new bed in the master and better heating control (rooms were very warm) but these were tolerable issues. Bringing our own linens was very inconvenient and is something I won’t do in the future but overall it was a great place to stay.

Great family spot in ogunquit
This unit at the lookout was the best we’ve been in. The view is amazing! Property was spotless and full of so many extras (tennis rackets, cooler, games,puzzles, lobster pot, spices, cooking supplies- just to make a few!). We love the lookout for its location just past town so it’s quiet but an easy walk to everywhere! The unit is spacious and nicely updated! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great week in Ogunquit
We loved staying at this condo. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need for a week at the beach. The location cannot be beat right between Perkins Cove and the Main beach with Small beach at the end of the road and a few great restaurants at the foot of the hill. You can also walk to the Village Market which has everything you need to cook just about any meal if you feel like staying in. We would definitely stay here again!
