The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed lunch in the restaurant and the beachfront location offers beautiful views that really add to the experience.
Having stayed in many 5-star hotels and resorts, I feel this hotel has great potential. With a few enhancements, it could move from being a good stay to an excellent one.
1. The hotel’s branding is somewhat confusing. In some areas it is referred to as “Supreme Hotel & Spa”, yet there is no spa on site.
2. The buffet breakfast is served in the basement, which doesn’t provide the most enjoyable atmosphere. The upstairs dining area would offer a much more pleasant holiday experience, especially given the beautiful views. Breakfast with a view is one of the highlights of any vacation.
3. Our room contained a large desk but no chair or seating area. While we understand this was a standard room rather than a suite, some form of seating would be expected in a 5-star hotel.
4. Upon arrival, there were no hangers in the wardrobe and only one bedside table. However, these issues were resolved promptly by the staff.
5. The hotel is quite difficult to locate, particularly after dark. Improved signage, whether at the entrance, in the car park, or on the building itself, would make a significant difference.
6. Installing smart TVs in all rooms would further enhance the guest experience and better align with 5-star expectations.
7. The only mirror in the room was located in the bathroom, and the walls felt somewhat bare due to the lack of artwork or decorative features.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was right on the beach which was perfect. Our suite was very spacious with an ocean and pool view. Everything was clean and modern. The strip right outside the hotel has several good food options, there’s a pharmacy and a few corner shops for essentials. The beach towels and breakfast were complimentary too and the staff were very communicative before our stay, they really were friendly when we arrived.
There’s not much to NOR like about this property. If I had to say something it would be that the area is a 10 mins drive away from most of the activities in Golem and 17 mins from Durres. The shower pressure could’ve been stronger, the breakfast options could have been more varied and named, to show allergies or preferences. The room could have done with English breakfast tea and daily bottled water.
