Situated in Ortisei, this attractive condo for $280 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Apartment 2-4 persons The cosy apartment of 85 m² consists of: - two spacious bedrooms with a double bed each - a cosy living room with SAT-TV, a table with corner bench and a couch - a fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom with bathtub and shower, bidet and WC - a nice terrace and a garden with deckchairs - a storeroom and a box room for your skis and shoes - washing machine on request - free internet access (WiFi) Stua: The living room, called LA STUA in Ladin, the language spoken in the valley, is a cosy traditional wooden „Stube“ with SAT-TV, an eating table with corner bench and a sofa. On the balcony you will find a small table and sun beds. Majon: This is a very big and cosy bed room with a double bed. There is also a reading table and a couch. Majon dal sel: This is an attic room with a small couch and a double bed which can be separated. Cësa da fuech: The kitchen is very well equipped: There are an eating table and chairs, a refrigerator with freezer, a dish-washer, an oven, a gas stove, a filter coffee machine and a large array of dishes. Bani: The bathroom consists of a bathtub with shower, a bidet, a WC and a washbasin with a big mirror. Ambiente: The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet and sunny place surrounded by beautiful lush meadows on the edge of the wood (the Resciesa Forrest). You can enjoy a breathtaking view on the Sasslong, the Sella Massif and the Gardena Valley, and you can reach the town centre within only 10 walking minutes. The building is surrounded by a beautiful big garden with a lawn where you can relax and enjoy the great view on the mountains. We have sunshades and deckchairs for you and on request also a barbecue. There is a parking place available. Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions and skiing; it is situated about 500 m from the Resciesa cable car and about 800 m from the Seceda cableways. Feel good: The wainscoted apartment, the breathtaking view on the Gardena Valley and the peaceful environment is the ideal combination to escape everyday life, to relax and enjoy yourself. In the summer the wood lets you feel the freshness of the forest and in the winter it creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset. You will not hear any traffic; you will, instead, be surrounded by pure peacefulness! Our house is the perfect place for families with children, for groups of friends and for people who would like to relax surrounded by the peacefulness of nature.

We had an excellent stay at the beginning of the ski season. This was a new area for us and we covered good distance each day. Views from apartment across the valley were wonderful. Only downside was the uphill walk from the town, or preferably the nearest ski bus stop.

This lovely property is located in a beautiful town and has amazing views. The owner was very helpful and explained everything well. It was a great location for skiing, hiking, or visiting the Val Gardena area. It might not be ideal for a group on foot or with elderly or disabled members, as it is located on one of the higher streets in Ortisei. However, the location also gives it a breathtaking view of both the town and the magnificent Dolomites.

We stayed here as two couples. It was lovely. The view of Ortisei is spectacular. The house is well appointed. The rooms are of a good size and the very thing is very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to make meals. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The Stua provides a nice place to gather. There is also a nice porch with chairs. From here it was pretty easy to get into town and to the lifts. The walk from the center of town takes about 15-20 minutes.

Alles perfekt für Wanderer!

Die holzvertäfelte und urgemütliche Ferienwohnung in einem typischen Berghof liegt wunderschön und ruhig am Hang über dem quirligen St. Ulrich, von wo aus Bergbahnen zum Naturpark Puez Geisler und zur Seiser Alm führen. In der grandiosen Landschaft sind alle auf ihre Kosten gekommen, ob bei ausgedehnten Genusswanderungen auf der Alm, abenteuerlichen Touren im Hochgebirge oder beim Klettern. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Auch den Garten mit seinen Sitzecken kann man nutzen. Die Gastgeber wohnen selbst im Haus und sind sehr freundlich. Eine Buskarte war inbegriffen. Wir haben uns dazu noch eine Wochenkarte für die Gondeln gekauft und haben das Auto weitgehend stehen gelassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa cudan per 10 giorni con i nostri due bambini di 3 e 8 anni. L'appartamento è meraviglioso, super attrezzato e accessoriato con una posizione sopra Ortisei davvero invidiabile.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und mit viel liebe eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt unter dam Dach. Das hat den Vorsteil,, dass einem niemand auf dem Kopf rumtrampelt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt über eine steile Treppe, was aber kein Problem ist, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht Allfällige anliegen zu erfüllen. Das Haus liegt schön gelegen über St. Ulrich mit super Aussicht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wij hebben het heel goed naar ons zin gehad in St. Ulrich en huis Cudan. Het is een ruim appartement en zeer schoon. De keuken voorziet in alles wat men nodig heeft. De bedden zijn prima. De eigenaar (mevrouw) is heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Vanaf de skilift met volle bepakking, ski/snowboard materiaal is het een zware klim omhoog naar het appartement. De bus die vanaf de ski-lift/pist vertrekt brengt je in de buurt van het appartement en dan is het nog maar een relatief klein stukje omhoog lopen. Jammer is dat de bus later op de avond (rond etenstijd) al niet meer rijdt. Verder is het echt een prima plek om te verblijven. Heerlijk rustig, wel wat ver van het centrum, maar verder helemaal goed. De pistes en het gebied zijn al helemaal geweldig, eveneens het weer toen wij er waren. Familie O, Bedankt!

Zunächst einmal ist erwähnenswert, dass das Objekt etwas oberhalb am Rande von St. Ulrich liegt. Vom Garten aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf St. Ulrich, den Langkofel und den Sella-Stock. Wer will, kann sich daher in der Dämmerung das „Verfärben“ der Dolomiten-Gipfel anschauen. Die Wohnung ist fast vollständig mit Holz ausgestattet und daher sehr gemütlich. Es gibt neben den im Angebot genannten Räumen sogar einen Abstellraum mit ca. 4-5qm, in den man seine Koffer oder Vorräte stellen kann. Alles ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet: Von der Geschirrspülmaschine bis zum Schneidebrett ist alles vorhanden. Den Garten kann man mitbenutzen. Dort befindet sich z. B. ein kleines Häuschen, in dem man z. B. frühstücken kann oder auch ein kleines Beet, bei dem man sich mit Kräutern bedienen darf. Insgesamt muss man schon suchen, um etwas Kritisches zu bemerken. Auf Anhieb fällt mir nur der steile Zugang zur Wohnung ein. Aber auch der ist am Ende kein Problem. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns wertvolle Wandertipps und Hüttenempfehlungen gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Schöner Balkon.Alles Holz. Sehr angenehme, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. kleine Einschränkung: der am Haus vorbeifließende Bach führte sehr viel Wasser und war entsprechend laut. Wird im Sommer leiser sein. Fazit: Lädt zum Wiederkommen ein.
