Are you looking for true paradise? You found it! Get your zen on in our completely remodeled (2017), newly listed 3-bedroom-2-bathroom contemporary beach front house with pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and your own private yoga deck. Casa Pipa is a wonderful beach front property with total privacy in the community of Palm Beach in Playa Grande. Steps away, the natural, pristine beach of Playa Grande is heaven for surfers and nesting ground for Leatherback turtles. No hotel chairs, no blasting music, no jet skis. Parrots, hummingbirds and howler monkeys instead.
The garden is secluded and the only distraction to your peace are the birds and resident monkeys visiting in the early morning. A private beach access path leads you straight to the natural beach of Playa Grande.
All bedrooms and the living room have AC and fans, we provide beach towels and bed linens, and the bedrooms have beautiful large hardwood closets to accommodate your belongings. Our fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor BBQ invite you to prepare your family meals, and the large covered patio with its fantastic hardwood table for 10 is the perfect place to enjoy them. The patio also features a big outdoor sofa, perfect for the well-deserved nap in the midday heat. An outdoor shower helps rinse off the sand after a lovely beach day.
The house has a safe and alarm system for your convenience. The front area accommodates 2 vehicles. Surf racks in the backyard allow for storage of several surfboards and a clothing line will dry your towels for fresh use the next day.

Great spot. Wife and I brought our 3 and 5 yr old. They loved the pool. We saw Howler Monkeys from the pool and some out front which the kids loved. Great beach access. Would stay again.

My husband and I and our grown daughter and her boyfriend stayed at your home. Kitchen big enough for all of us nice showers and bathrooms spacious bedroom. Wonderful backyard area with private access to beach. Pool just big enough to cool off. Umbrella and chairs available to take to beach. Beautiful sunsets everyday.

The neighborhood and direct beach access at this house make for a super easy, relaxing vacation. Several restaurants and a market within walking distance so you really never have to leave the community. Short walk down the beach and 2 minute ferry ride across the river that connects to the ocean and you have access to all of tamarindo as well.
We had some trouble with the AC unit getting cold in the master bedroom and there is no shampoo or conditioner provided so make sure to pack some. Other than that the house is well equipped. Bath and beach towels are provided. The pool is the perfect spot to cool off during the mid day heat. Do not miss sunset at the beach and order some croissants from Manfred- they are delicious!
