Located in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Bahama Sands, a premier North Myrtle Beach Luxury Condominium Resort! This newly renovated, oceanfront unit is located on the 10th floor with sweeping views of the Atlantic from both the living room and master bedroom balconies. New luxury vinyl planks run throughout the unit and freshly painted walls provide a sleek, updated look. The unit contains 3 bedrooms, (King, Queen, Queen/Queen) and a brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with brand new cabinetry. The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. New cabinets and sleek quartz countertops make it a welcoming place to prepare meals. The unit contains a stackable washer/dryer and offers high-speed, wireless Internet. Due to COVID -19, the following policies have been implemented: 1)Hospital grade disinfectant, Madacide, will be used on all hard surfaces. 2)Linens and bath towels will be sanitized by an outsourced cleaning service. 4)Blankets and bedspreads have been placed in the dryer on high before each new guest arrives. Blankets will be left in the closet for optional use. The property offers a lazy river, oceanfront pool, seasonal indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 oceanfront hot tubs, and private parking garage. We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and Championship Golf Courses, and just a short drive from many miniature golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, Nascar, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Dixie Stampede Theater. Saturday check-ins are not allowed during June, July, and August.

Karen’s place is just as described. It is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have stayed on. Very clean and the furniture is very comfortable. Extremely nice beds. She also had everything available that we could need. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was just as pictures portrayed. Lots of room. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Internet was very good. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. The lock on the door broke and all it took was a phone call to the owner and she had us fixed in less than 5 minutes. Perfect place to stay

Everything was wonderful, pictures were accurate. The view was amazing. My kids and I had a wonderful time you really don't need to bring anything but clothes and yourself. They had everything you would need to enjoy the beach as well. Will be back next year.

This condo was perfect for our family needs. It was clean and spacious. All of the beds were super comfortable. The pool, lazy river, and hot tubs were a lot of fun for kids and adults. The master bedroom was a bit warm as previous reviews had stated but I was prepared for that because I read the review ahead of time. We brought a pedestal fan which made it a pefecr temperature! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Would definitely book again!!

Spacious bedrooms with clean bathrooms. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a couple minutes' drive, and beautiful ocean view from a large balcony. Owner was very responsive to questions we had.

Overall this is a modern and clean condo. But there’s definitely something’s that need updating and changing. 1. The master suite’s air conditioning is NON EXISTENT. It was super hot in the master suite and it’s adjoining bathroom the entire trip and made it next to impossible to sleep in. And the more you turn the air down, the colder the REST of the condo gets. 2. Pools are pretty dirty, rough and lazy River is completely out of the Sun so the water is freezing. 3. For a weekend trip we honestly spent what seemed like hours collectively waiting on the elevators. Hands down the slowest I’ve ever seen. 4. The tubs need those little grip strips. My young son fell while showering because it’s so slick. He could’ve really injured himself and thankfully didn’t.

The family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and really took in the number of people that would be staying there. There were loads of towels and the bathroom for each room was outstanding. The family loved the multiple pools, lazy river, and hot tub. Lastly the morning and evening view were amazing and we enjoyed watching the banana boat rides and parasailing tours occurring on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful end-of-the-summer/back-to-school vacation.

The condo itself was modern and spacious. Location is within walking distance of many activities. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Easy booking process and very responsive communication with the owner! Property was exactly as described. Enjoyed the beautiful views and wide, flat, and soft sand beach! It was less crowded in front of the property than others up and down the beach. Driving or renting a car/golf cart would be beneficial, as there isn't a lot to walk to right close by. We were able to Uber around with no issues though! Would definitely stay here again.

Immediately upon arriving we were met with the dreaded sound of a beeping smoke detector. After trying to replace the battery and other known quick fixes it continued to beep! I sent Karen a text and she was able to get someone out there. The condo/resort was clean, spacious, and close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

There were 3 couples in our group and we all agreed this property was one of the best we had stayed at. The beds were all very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and loved the floors, didn't have to contend with carpet. We all highly recommend it.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful oceanfront condo after my long weekend getaway! We went to Myrtle Beach to see a concert at House of Blues. This condo is conveniently located near this venue, as well as many others. Sunrise greeted me each morning and even saw a few dolphins. Will definitely book again!

Great condo. Comfy beds and furniture, clean. Only thing is there was a sewage odor we think came from the sinks or pipes. Property was nice but common areas smelled of cheap deodorizer! Area nice with lots of good restaurants!

Second time staying here at Karen’s condo. The condo was well kept up. Everything was in working order. Beds comfortable. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Easy access to wherever you want to go. Owner Karen is a dream to work with. We came the day after hurricane Ian. The property made sure EVERYTHING looked great. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The perfect place to go and relax

My extended family of 7 was very pleased with our stay at this 10th floor condo at the Bahama Sands. We had an expansive view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with decent quality pots and pans, dishes and glasses. My husband and I would have preferred a much harder mattress for the king bed but that was the only complaint about the beds. The beach was very well maintained, too. Almost too clean according to my metal detecting husband who found nothing.. not even one soda can pop-top. We will stay there again if visiting North Myrtle Beach.

Much nicer than a lot of the condos that you find in the North Myrtle Beach area. We were happy to pay a security deposit once we realized that the three bathrooms were all nice, you can tell this property has been taken care of and above all the beds are comfortable! Great location and the set up was perfect for my husband and I, our two children, and my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law needs a walker and was able to access the beach from the no stair access right next to the building. Quick communication regarding any questions with the owner. Will certainly stay here again!

The condo was lovely and clean. Very comfortable for 3 old friends to chat, do a puzzle or two and solve a mystery (from a kit, of course). Nice location on the beach as it was much less crowded than other parts of the beach. We had a neighboring renter break rules and smoke on their deck. We had the number to report this, but in the end chose to ignore the issue. They checked out the next day, so all was good. Definitely recommend this rental for folks going to North Myrtle.
