The place was not ready at the 3 pm check in time. Hissy started cleaning the place after 3 pm, and we ended up waiting until 4 pm on the street. Hossy got upset because we were waiting at the property for him to clean up and get the place ready. He kept yeling at us to leave the bags at the entrance of the unit and come back. At one point, he told me to find a new place if I don't like him. If I did not call VRBO, I may ended up waiting much longer outside... Very unprofessional!

This was a really great place to stay in Osaka. Hossy was an amazing host and was well organized with information about the room, area and our stay. He spoke pretty decent English and had a great sense of humour. The unit was clean, which I loved. It was well stocked with many towels which was great as my husband and I have long hair. This is a small thing too, but I really appreciated the fact that there was a tea towel and kitchen cloth. Some of our other places in Japan didn't supply them. It was also very bright and didn't have a smell. We made delicious food in the unit but did end up going to a restaurant or two while there. We found an Indian place close to the train station that was very tasty. The huge park close by was lovely to walk through and I would highly recommend checking it out. The train is also very close by so it is convenient to get around. Thank you, Hossy, for making us feel well cared for and safe. If we come back to Osaka, we have a great place to stay!

The room is big and comfortable. when we arrived, the room was clean and well prepared. There are two train station in the area, JR Nagai and Nagai subway, very convenient. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Hossy made me and my family feel like visiting a friend. If I have chance to visit Osaka in future, this place will definitely be my first choice. Domo Arigato Hossy.

The room is very clean and Hossy is very nice.There are supermarket,restaurants and convenience stores near the building.JR and subway station are nearby.It gave us a great experience in Osaka.We will live there if we go Osaka next time.

전체적으로 시설도 좋았고 역이 가까워서 좋았으며 근처에 마트가 있어서 좋았다.침대나 욕실, 화장실의 청결도 매우 만족스러웠으면 4박5일 동안 내 집 처럼 편하게 지내다 왔다~~~

Nice experience to stay in this room. Near from Nagai JR station n Subway Nagai Station. Good interior, clean n hommy. Also nice service from hossy n staff. Only one weakness of this place,,, no elevator... But over all feels like home.
