Great facilities for kids, entertainment, pools, good snacks, kids really enjoyed it. We thought for AI the food was good as was the snack bar

The bedroom was very big and we had the most beautiful view. In the bathroom there weren't any utilities that you can expect from a 4 star hotel. We had breakfast included, not the best quality of food but lots of options, the staff however is very nice Barbara was very helpful and kind to me!
We've been lucky to be attended by Dina at the reception which as well is very nice and professional!
Location, there was nothing around, the only restaurants close by the hotel had the worst food I've ever had please save your money and don't eat there. If I'll ever go back to Gran Canaria I'd stay closer to Puerto Rico beach.

The room was pleasant, featuring a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the ocean.
The garden and pool area were much smaller than expected. The photos of the hotel made the outdoor areas appear much larger than they actually were. It felt crowded and was filled with noisy children. The hotel is also quite isolated, with very little to see or do in the surrounding area.
We had been looking forward to a nice buffet dinner in the evening, but it turned out to be more like a cafeteria. It didn’t feel like a restaurant at all. The food was very average, with no real meat options except for some meatballs.
