A relatively new hotel so everything was clean and in excellent condition.

Great location and the breakfast was amazing. The food service area was spotless and well appointed. Very clean and the seating area was comfortable

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is the best stay in Ely

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff were constantly wiping tables, cleaning floors and cleaning windows

Couldn't of asked for anything better. Way above what I expected in Ely, Nevada.

The room was perfect, walk in shower was oustanding for an old guy like me. Breakfast was scruptious. And it was quiet througout the night, definiely worth the extra cost!

The free breakfast had a good variety and the kitchen staff kept it sparkling.

Newer accommodation, friendly staff and easily accessible.

When crowded, parking was hard to find on site.

Excellent in all categories and would definitely stay there again. Nice restaurant next door!

Due my food allergies (gluten, dairy) I am unable to eat. Fruit offered is my breakfast at most hotels. With 10% of Americans having Celiacs and 30 % have food sensitivities it sure would be nice if the hotel industry would help us out. Labeling each food item as GF, Dairy free, soy free, etc. would also be helpful.

More attention to food allergies for breakfast.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times on our way home from California. It’s very nice but the the price has more than doubled in the last two years.

For a ordinary chain hotel at the crossroads this place was extraordinary. Nice staff, fantastic breakfast, and one of the most simply and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms Ive seen in a long time. The design team for these rooms gets a A plus. everything you want, where you want it, super clean.

A welcomes oasis after a long day in the great basin on highway 93.

The breakfast was excellent. It had a lot of variety and very good quality. The host was personable and helpful. This hotel would rate in the top 5 of hotels that my wife and I have stayed in during the past 30 years. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great stop off on the Loneliest Road

Exceptional hotel, right from the first staff interaction to checking out. Clean, modern, great breakfast and room was perfect.

A bit out of town, but a good opportunity for a bit of exercise after hours in the car.
